Pros (+) Went to the front desk to ask for plates and cutlery for a birthday cake I had picked up for my girlfriend. Mind you, this was during the complementary wine/sake happy hour in the lobby. She said she could get that together for me, and returned to us sipping sake with plates, flatware, birthday wishes and a bottle of Champagne!! That's hospitality. Thank you all.
