Exceptional value ... well designed rooms that were spotless...and the "happy hour" in the early evening on the 12 floor overlooked the city - this was a great way to meet other travelers and plan our evening and next day events! We then had an amazing breakfast in the morning - this was more than I've ever experienced at hotels I've paid twice as much a night for! I would stay again - whether for business or a shopping trip with some friends. We were traveling with our 6 year old daughter on this trip...the staff were very accommodating and gave us a room that allowed for a cot at no extra fee - lots of little perks which we appreciated!
Only disappointment for our daughter was that the pool facility did not allow for children.
Service and staff were good.Fairly reasonbly priced for the quality of hotel.
I took me Toyota Tundra pick-up there and they charged me dbl.rates to park my car which came out to $58+ for one night at a parking garage a couple of doors down from the hotel. The hotel didn't have any parking of their own....
like staying at one's club: gym, library, theater, courteous staff, restaurant, excellent breakfast, and central location yet quiet.
Location is great!
Room we had was very noisy. Woke up each morning at 4.30 am due to street noice. Mentioned during check out but no real reaction or good answer received.
