Pros: Like the neighborhood and that the national stadium was very close, we can walk around no problem. The place was clean, comfortable and had wifi included in the room. The breakfast was the best! Very delicious and was traditional breakfast which was nice. The attention was fantastic! We recommend this place for stay and even for long trip!

Pros: I was greeted with an ice cold fruit drink! The website lists free airport shuttle as one of its amenities, but the front desk man told me it was only for guests who stayed longer than 24 hours. I politely said it was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel and was disappointed that I wasn't able to use this service. He hesitatingly picked up the phone and checked with the shuttle to see if there was room for one more in the morning, and sure enough there was! So it was a great turn out - but they should advertise this on the website. Everyone was very friendly. I also was given a breakfast box to go in the morning since I had to go to the airport before breakfast was served.
Cons: Dinner was very disappointing. I ordered a beef casado, and it was the worst one I have had in Costa Rica (after 9 months of travel). I'm not too sure it was beef, and the beans were not tasty.

Pros: The staff here are so friendly and kind and it really makes the place that much better. Shout out to Javier! he went out of his way. I would definitely come back because of the nice people. It was a great place to stop over until we left for the airport - shuttle service, breakfast and clean!

Pros: The price was very good for the quality hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: It is NOT a Casino. That is very misleading. The description of the location was misleading too. It said that the hotel was 5 minutes from the downtown Center which was false. It is near the central park but the hotel is about 0.5km into an isolated street ending.

Cons: Their hotel booklet said they provide a free hotel shuttle. I asked initially about transport to the airport, they said they could get a taxi for me, then the front desk said they (personally) were going out to the airport tomorrow and they could take me for $25. I looked at the hotel booklet inside the room, asked again and they said they could provide transportation. When I got to the airport, they asked for $25.

Pros: The staff was friendly, the breakfast was really good, the price of the room was fair and it's close to the autopista.
Cons: The carpets had obviously not been swept for awhile in our rooms and the hot tub only had cold water.
