Pros: Its an excellent hotel, much better than I expected, its all inclusive a la carte, they also include all the minibar snaks, and room service. Its very well maintained and has amazing views of the ocean, it has one of the best beachfronts because there's not a soul, so you can lay on the pool and admire the view.

Pros: This resort was beautiful in a great location, perfect for a romantic retreat. The view from our room was breathtaking and the all inclusive felt like a great value. Our favorite parts were the morning coffee delivery service to our room (nothing better than enjoying coffee and pastries on our balcony in your robe watching the whales and rays in the ocean) and 24 hr room service which were both included. Staff were genuinely interested in making our stay as amazing as possible and always went above and beyond. The airport transportation was also a great value to have a chauffeured SUV almost to ourselves made it so we could go straight to our resort which was fabulous after a long day of traveling and wait through customs. We would definitely stay again!!

Pros: The Marquis was absolutely perfect! The most gorgeous views I have ever seen. The staff was great and very helpful with everything. The food was also good (I would rate it a 7 out of 10) but for an all inclusive a 9 out of 10. All in all a perfect 10.

The best experience we've had in terms of accommodations, service and food. All the staff was very attentive and paid attention to detail. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a 5 night stay at the Marquis just last week. Since we mentioned the occasion they surprised us with many small details that went a long way. I won't spoil it for you just case you decide to do the same!
One of our favorite things to do was the outdoor Italian restaurant. That night they also featured a wine tasting activity. Don't pass up the appetizer thin crust gourmet pizza baked outdoor in their brick oven. Beef carpaccio was off the hook

Pros: We had a fantastic view of the ocean from our room - seriously amazing. The resort was beautiful and the staff were all friendly, helpful, and spoke really good English. The spa was so relaxing and pretty. Overall I really wish we had stayed longer. We were meeting up with my sister, my brother-in-law, and her two nieces so it was a perfect situation. Rooms are very nice, with some really luxurious amenities, but could use a few more finishing touches. The views are terrific from the modest-sized balconies in the Jr. Suite. Next time we'll probably upgrade to the rooms with the endless hot tubs on the balcony.
The chef is terrific. Breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks were all wonderful. Definitely Baja influenced dining, but a number of options available as well. Good wine, good liquor, good mixed drinks.

They had options for meat eaters and the cooking was right.
They should have more vegetarian options, like vegetarian beans as protein, rice.
Booking restaurants are very good!
But book with time... Even when they have availability you won't get a table without a reservation.
And when you book, ask them what food are you booking for.
The last night of our trip we wanted to eat Italian food and we got the reservation. When we got there they sat us and gave us the menu, we were ordering and all of a sudden they took away our menus and told us that night wasn't Italian but all about fish!
We don't eat fish!
We had to go and eat at the buffet. Just be aware.

Pros: We've stayed in the San Jose / Los Cabos area a few times and we like the Hotels proximity to nearby shopping centers. Most of the staff were very pleasant except for a lady who worked at the front desk as well as a lady who worked the grill at the restaurant by the pool.

Pros: We had a supreme ocean view room which had to be the room used for the picture perfect postcard. It looked out over the pools toward the ocean so we woke up to a spectacular view every morning. The staff from waiters to maid services was very friendly and prompt in providing all our needs. We hired babysitters on 3 different evenings for our grandchildren and were very pleased with their loving care. Tipping is not required but much appreciated as they don't make much in wages.

The low rise terra cotta colored building and the native landscaping create an inviting atmosphere.
Location--the hotel abuts a nature preserve on one side so nothing commercial can ever be built there; also, very close to town.
There is an adults only quiet pool as well as areas for families with children.

Pros: My favorite meal in Mexico is breakfast and they didn't disappoint. Fresh made omelettes, tortillas and quesadillas, salsa, pico de gallo, chilaquiles, etc, etc. Made-to-order smoothies.
Our room stayed very cool and comfortable. The other couple we traveled with had a little less luck with their A/C, but were still comfortable.
Bar service was great. Bartenders were all super friendly and always kept us well "hydrated!"
A la carte restaurant was always delicious, but could use a little more variety.
The Mexican Fiesta was very authentic and traditional.
Our travel companions received great surprises in their rooms as newlyweds!

Pros: We liked the intimacy of the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the evenings bands talented. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept with the ability to walk on the beach. With the layout of the property all rooms have a bit of a view. The food was fresh and tasty, the drinks very good .. Well located with many attractions and amenities within walking distance...don't miss the Thursday evening Art Walk in old town.... I'd definitely go back

Pros: We always stop at Posada Real on our way to our time share in Cabo Del Sol to get into the Mexican way of life. The beach and waterfront is fabulous and the pool waiters take care of everything you could want. Before we even could settle ourselves in a lounge chair, they were handing us a Margarita. Everyone was extremely friendly and no one pushed us to attend a time share meeting. Good place to decelerate.

The facilities are very good and they have a great kid area with water slides and day care. There is also a nice adult only area with heated pool and jacuzzi. The main pool is mixed use. Food I'd good, not great. WiFi was strong throughout the resort area and worked well with Netflix. Value was very good overall.

Pros: This is the most romantic place in Mexico. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were pampered, spoiled and made to feel like royalty.
