Pros (+) Cancelled my reservation without comunicating it with me. I've been traveling for over 15 years and this was the fist time this has ever happened. Most irresponsible booking ever.
Pros (+) Loved the location and the overall esthetic of the hotel. Charming appeal and friendly staff.
Cons (-) The rooms were not cleaned well. There was an overall feeling that the cleaning crew did not clean the bathrooms and floor well. The mirrors were not cleaned and the glass not wiped down in bathroom nor was the toilet cleaned during routine am service.
