My flight consistently said it was on time and the plane didn’t arrive until after 30 minutes after take off and nothing was announced to passengers

Ticketing and scheduling was a nightmare. The flight itself was very pleasant

Our flight to Zurich was delayed by almost 3 hours, so we missed our next flight. There was no indication it would be delayed this much. We were told the gate had changed and then it apparently took over 2 hours to load the "catering" on the plane. We were not compensated in any way for the trouble.

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

Delta is one of the best airlines I have flown

On my way home I had a layover. The flight from ATL to CLT was amended 5x while I was waiting. I could have driven home sooner. Overall from Dallas, Tx to Charlotte, NC I started my trip at 4:30pm, I didn’t get home until past midnight. I know things happen, but 5x to make me run back and forth in an airport from different terminals is excessive. I also upgraded to comfort + , I didn’t feel it was worth it. There was no benefit

There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.

public website still broken for years randomly blocking browsers with privacy options active after loading a page maybe once. check-in on laptop was almost impossible but eventually randomly worked. had to print pass at airport since couldn't get back in to load digital pass on mobile firefox or chrome. red eye flight so smooth onboarding, plenty of room to spread out, easy offboarding. onboard wifi instructions mention vpn can cause problems connecting but fails to also mention private dns. no printed or built in menu list, seems weird to require personal device to point at qr code link for menu which does not even allow direct ordering. people with health condition risk related dietary restrictions trying to avoid for example cholesterol and sugar are left guessing what they can order either way without nutritional info highlights (cranberry juice was minute maid cocktail with as much suger as typical can of soda). tap to pay wasn't working and always seems sketchy to manually enter card info. good movie variety, so limited tv was okay.

Worst food I've ever seen on a plane. One flight attendant must have been going through a bad breakup, although the one who kept covering for her was excellent.

We just spent $6000 on our first trip since pre COVID and we were stranded on the runway of our departing airport for 2 hours and 15 minutes while our layover was only an hour and a half. We were told by the pilot we were next for de-icing and then got bumped by 3 other planes. Pilot went on to say they only had one guy working the de-icing where they usually have at least 2. In Rochester. In the heart of winter. Someone missed a step and should be fired. I'm not done.

Everything was good, but there was a delay of about an hour

I liked it as a half empty flight, I didn't like to wait 5 hours to fly which wasn't my fault.

Food was horrible! Inedible sandwiches by a supposed star chef, Assaf Granit. I was dead hungry the entire flight but couldn't possibly stuff that awful sandwich down my throat,

El AL has vastly improved its overall experince in the last several years. Nicer place, nicer flight attendants, food, comfort etc

Poor food service, a microwave heated sandwich and 300ml water bottle for a coach 4 hours flight ticket. Entertainment only by streaming to your device if you got something more than a small phone screen. On the positive side - on time arrivel.

Remind me not to fly (eat) at passover with Israeli cartiers. Came out of the aircraft with an incredible neck pain. Crew and entertainment were good.

As I paid for extra space - the seat was OK. The snack is very bad! The service is fair. The WiFi was so slow i could not see the provided movie and free TV. Just had so seat all the time...

Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

Today, this flight was great. It was on time and comfortable unlike the one on Friday July 12th that was canceled after a very long delay at the airport. Our flight to Newcastle 2 weeks previous was also canceled and the one that flew us to Newcastle, the next day, left Heathrow after it should have arrived in Newcastle. We heard of othe cancelations on this route. BA needs to fix/address this unreliable route.

I never took the flight. I bought the ticket in Kayak by mistake, right away, within the first 10 minutes I realized it and check to cancel. Kayak did not let me and sent me to Iberia saying, in order to cancel or change, you have to call the airline, which I did. Iberia ditched me off saying, you have to talk to whoever you bought it from, Kayak. so you 2 were passing the ball to each other. So I called my credit company, cancelled the transaction, and I swore never ever to use either Kayak or Iberia and I did, I flew with Air France and Delta to all over Europe, thank you and take me out of your subscription.

The flight had no working entertainment system or WiFi. Very old plane. Some restrooms weren’t working. My seat was broken. Just a very bad experience for 13 hours. A real shame they allow planes in this state to fly.

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

Business class was like premium economy, with an empty seat between my husband and myself. There was a curtain behind our head separating us from the next class. The person behind me’s knees were against the back of my seat, so I felt I shouldn’t recline at all. The person in front of me reclined all the way, then was out of his seat much of the time. He sat on the chair arm of the seat next to me, leaning into the aisle to speak to the man in economy behind me, placing his face about 6 inches from mine. Then he was off speaking to others on the flight, including the flight crew.

They cancelled our NON_STOP flight from London to Chicago 22 hours before our flight. After a 2 hour phone call, they rescheduled us from London to Barcelona (Wrong way to USA) 2 hour lay over, and then to Chicago for a 9 1/2 hour flight at 6 am. Ruined 2 days of our vacation. We will not fly British Airways again.

Very delayed flight. After a hot/crowded bus ride to the tarmac stairs that negated all benefit of being in boarding group 1, we sat on the tarmac forever in the HEAT waiting for departure from Athens. Seatback was very upright in first class and therefore uncomfortable. Fortunately they block middle seats. Food was good. Upon arrival in Madrid we waited AN HOUR for baggage to arrive. What a waste of time.

Passengers were taken to the aircraft by bus. But they kept people standing back to back in the small no AC, no restrooms, no chairs area for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle bus. No information was provided to the passengers, no help or service was offered during this incident

Random seats assignment is weird, family of 2 people was seated apart while there were seats available. Does not make any sense

Mediocre. I didntneat for more than 9h. Pregnant and diabetic. 0 care from The crew.
