Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

Delayed as always, very dirty and old airplane. Not very friendly staff. Just a sandwich for a 5 hours very expensive flight.

Amazing airport security, and the time of war. Keeping up the excellent service in adverse time

I paid $1050 for this flight. I paid an additional $99 for a "comfort" seat that was nothing by comfort. The "extra leg room" was fake, made up by making the seat slightly recline at the most upright position. That alone, killed my back! In addition, it was so narrow, fitting a Barbie not an average size human (me). I asked for white wine, when beverage were offered, they had only red which I cannot tolerate, so I had to skip, even though I really needed some wine to relax. Cheap! Again, for the price I paid, I should have had a selection of white wines, even in economy. The food, supposedly by Shai Granot- made me want to avoid Granot's restaurants. The beef meatballs were nice and tender. the rice w hairline noodles were so soggy and soft it was disgusting. The so called bread was half dry when reached my tray. I love eggplant, but the mayo killed it. From the country of Tahini & olive oil you offer mayo w eggplant? As I said, I am likely to avoid Granot's restaurants. The exterteinamnet was full with old boring movies, limited and old TV shows and free intrenet only for texting? Again, for a premium price seat and for addition $99 I should have had a fukll internet access. Likely the last time I travel ELAL.

They apparently misplaced by window seat assignment, so I ended up getting a middle seat. However, once on board, the window seat passenger wanted to swap seats with me, so it all worked out. Otherwise, a very good flight.

Only way to fly to Tel Aviv is nonstop on the Dreamliner.

Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .

Did not find the wheelchair that supposed to assist and went to a long queue for transit security chk which was very slow and boarding desk wanted to close counter although that they knew that I am minutes away because of their mistake of not providing the wheelchair.

They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Boarding was smooth and on time. The seat was comfortable and the entertainment worked. Staff were gracious.

Business class in the second leg - CDG-EVN was a disaster.

No bording was given for next trip on same carrier, food was very moderate.

We transited through Chad and what was supposed to be a 1hr 20 minutes transit time lasted over 4hrs. We didn't get regular updates until we complained. After a 10hr flight from Paris no form of refreshment given and finally arrived Abuja over 6hrs later and none of my bags came

Sky priority means you get to use the KLM business Lounge.

Loved the check-in experience. Very friendly staff and not crowded. I did wind up with a middle-middle seat, which was quite uncomfortable. Always appreciate the very professional staff on TAL.

Boarding did not have a clue what is an EU disability card

3 of us were in the business class. All good except the Flight out of Mumbai is too early. It is at 6:30 am. Reporting is at 4 am. We had to get up at 3 am. US connection has 4-5 hours of layover. It would be nicer to start the India flight late (give more time to sleep at home) and have less layover duration in IST.

Paying for reserved seats and never received the seats I paid for !! Just fake and a surprise out of their " box "

Turkish airline always good Only Turkish representatives at the gave need to be more helpfull to any staff who traveling on Turkish airline . One situation happened Ist to jfk on Feb 29 TK3 had seats I asked them to transfer me to tk3 because Feb 29 tk1 was oversold and they advise me that I might not make it for tk1 I asked them to transfer me to tk3 and they say no they can’t do it I been telling them you know that I don’t have a chance for tk 1 why would you let plane go with some empty seats on tk3 if you can transfer me to tk3 and have less staff on tk1 and still told me no I waited for tk1 9 hours and only last minute I got seat on tk1 It was not easy situation but I am glad I made it home Thank you Turkish Airline One more suggestion for Turkish Airline you need to make a FIRST CLASS cabin it would be so cool 🆒 Good luck all the best See you more

Service was superb and the flight experience overall was great

A good airline, but at checking in, they allocated seats for my wife, and I far away from each other, and to change them, they wanted a payment, such a bad policy, it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth All was good on the plane, good food, but the air hostess was abrupt and a bit rough dealing with the passengers, but one has to find excuses for staff working under pressure

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent flight experience I had with your airline. This has been one of the worst travel experiences I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring it to your attention. Firstly, I missed my flight due to what I perceive to be a lack of clear communication and coordination on the part of your staff. There was no remorse or apology from the airline's representatives, which further exacerbated the situation. As a result of missing my flight, I was subjected to a 24-hour delay at the airport, where I had to spend a significant amount of money to rent a hotel room and cover other incidental expenses. Additionally, since my baggage was already checked in from Tanzania to Turkey, I had to purchase essential items for the 24-hour period. What truly dismayed me, however, was the discourteous and unprofessional attitude of your staff. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to the stress and inconvenience of the situation. I have been traveling abroad for over 20 years, and I can confidently say that this experience has been the worst I have ever encountered. As a result, I am compelled to reconsider ever using your airline again for future travel. I strongly urge you to address the issues I have raised and take immediate steps to rectify the situation. Additionally, I expect a formal apology and a refund for the expenses I incurred due to the airline's negligence.

Traveling is Okay, but staying in Istanbul, specially Wi-Fi in airport terrible.

I’m unclear why I had to pay extra for assigned seats as Turkish airlines did not honor the seating. We were placed across the aisle from each other on TK 34, and were seated behind one another on TK 694. Because my name was misspelled on e-ticket (Klawiter, instead of Klawitter) I could not log onto website to get the connection gate number in Istanbul. The monitors in the airport were a jumbled mess 1/2 Arabic and 1/2 English.

Our second leg to Jackson WY was unable to land due to weather. We were flown back to Dallas after stopping in SLC. We were given hotel rooms and vouchers. We were told that we would be back on the same plane in the morning. Instead we were given a different flight with different seats. Not a good experience. No one knew what was going on.

Overall it was good but not great. The aircraft was an old and seats didn’t recline in business class unless you kept playing around with it.

Flight was on time and luggage arrived undamaged. My main complaints revolve around comfort. The seats were very uncomfortable. We were unable to sleep as a result. The entertainment offerings were all on the wifi. Who wants to watch a movie on their phone? The flight staff did the best they could with what they had to offer, which was just little snacks and soda, etc. My Delta flight was a much better experience in contrast.

Flight was 2 1/2 hours late and information at the gate was inaccurate and inconsistent with online data.

Our flight got changed and/or delayed 8 times before we boarded.

Flight was delayed after boarding and no idea when it would take off. Crew in Portland did arrange for transport to Boston for a different set of flights to my destination.

We were an hour delayed. When we arrived at LAX we La fed I. The international terminal which was about a twenty minute walk to the baggage claim. I was walking with a few passengers and we couldn’t believe what we had to go through to retrieve our bags. With the delay and the long walk to baggage claim I ended up being late for work.

It would have been helpful to get more information about immigration paperwork before boarding had begun.

Two meals were served in the First class during 9hr long flight! Great for domestic!!! Mai Tai drink was excellent!

Entertainment was very plentiful, staff were courteous. Seating was HORRIBLE. That is the most cramped I’ve ever been on any flight …Jet Blue and Spirit included. Very uncomfortable for a six hour trip.

I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!

Iberia personnel on the ground is so rude. I would think twice in the future before booking another Iberia flight

The food is really eco only level. Breakfast was shameful. I am considering to stop flying with Iberia. Business prices are as expensive as other companies with much better service.

I called prior to flying to confirm our baggage allowance which was 5 bags. On our outbound flight thee were no problems. On the return flight we were charged for each bag totaling $400! We are working with customer service to resolve the issue.

Late boarding. Delayed departure leading to rushed connection at Madrid Barajas. Not necessarily Iberia's fault but delay loading cargo didn't help.

I can’t comment on food as it was necessary to buy it. No entertainment.

Took too long to tak off but besides that it was good

I needed assistance and the staff at the airport and crew were very helpful and polite

Seating was very tight and not comfortable. Would rather pay extra to get more leg room. Overall, the flight was not as nice as expected. It’s comparable to flying Spirit Airlines or Frontier airlines in America. Even as a budget airlines, Iberia should at least serve water or light snacks, especially for international legs, no matter how short the flights are. We were flying from London, Heathrow to Madrid Spain on a 2-hour flight without offering water, unless you want to pay for the water.
