Delta and partner KLM continue to deliver and excellent flying experience with professional crew members and in flight food and entertainment
We liked the friendliness of the crew -I know short trip but like the Monitors on the 🚢
Pros: "Social distancing, purell wipes were handed out, food and water handed out in a baggy."

Pros: "Very controlled and safe Covid procedures. Outlets and screens at every seat."
Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."
Pros: "The food was exceptional! I’d order it again at a restaurant if I could!"
Cons: "Still normal awkward/tight economy seat. It’s to be expected but the coat hook and free slippers make it better than a lot of other airlines."

Cons: "The flight was delayed over an hour because of an error on Delta‘s part. They did not verify people as they were boarding. Further the person in 17 F was doing video chat as we were preparing to take off and he had very foul language throughout the flight. The crew never said anything."

Cons: "I checked in last night for my flight and get to the airport early to check my bag but My seat Was given away because they said I did not check in, even though I went through security WITH MY BOARDING PASS. Then they Assign me a new seat and when I got on the flight, someone was in my seat"

Cons: "Service was terrible, crew was rude. Flight was delayed 2 hours leaving Tel Aviv and my luggage was not here when we arrived. They let us wait two hours for luggage before telling us it wasn't going to make it in. Frustrated and disappointed! Ground security in Turkey was rude and took my sons skate board which we had flown to Israel with and back to turkey, then they told us it couldn't come with us to miami although we flew Turkish both directions with no problem. In the end gate staff went and rescued his skate board from security as he got to the flight crying his little eyes out. Communication was terrible and staff was rude!"

Filed a report at Frankfurt Airport but it was filled with all my essentials and some valuables and the airport staff didnt seem to concerned in helping me.... To clarify, my experience through Kayak has been fine! However this whole ordeal has left a very sour taste in my mouth...i still dont have my luggage. They couldnt track it l yet....maybe you can help or forward this message to the appropriate authority. It is extremely important to me :/ Thanks, I still like kayak :) -addam rhodes"

Pros: "Nothing, the flight was delayed, the plane too small for passengers to store their carry-on luggage, the ground staff did not upload all the luggage and left some behind in Nairobi on the tarmac, the crew lied about the luggage being uploaded. Terrible experience! Kenya Airways is becoming worst and worst."

Cons: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Pros: "The gate reps from CDG to MSP were professionals. The cabin crew on the Delta flight were exceptional! This was not my experience in Copenhagen with the Air France staff, they seemed to be self centered and rude."

The world is at the customer's fingertips, let their first choice be Delta. When their are bad days, customers will understand"

Cons: "AA cancel flights recurringly and has no ability to help their customers. Got I flight cancelled yesterday, and was move to another flight later (10:30pm) that supposed to leave ate (3:30pm). After several delays, they started boarding us at 1:00am, but the boarding process so messy and confuse, the plane couldn’t took off before 1:40 by 1 minute and they had to cancel the flight with 200 people inside the plane. An absurd! Flight was rescheduled to today at 10am and obviously took off 1h delayed because AA can't organize simple things to expedite the boarding process."
Pros: "When I saw that our BA flight would be operated by AA, I was concerned, given previous poor experiences with American airlines. However, in this case, AA was pretty good, especially the check-in staff at Rome Airport who were excellent. The check-in, boarding and de-boarding processes all went well. Plane was relatively modern, with USB charging ports for phones. Movie selection was good, though the TV selection could be expanded. The food was ok. Seating not bad. All of our luggage, including a child's carseat, was delivered on time and intact. Pleasantly surprised."

Cons: "For international flights every passenger should be allowed to bring one suitcase for free, I am traveling with my children for family of 6 they charge $70 dollars per person and the grand total charges for suitcases came to $350 dollars. Too much and unfair"

Pros: "Flight was amazing but my connection in Barcelona to Tel Aviv was a bit stressful. I couldn't check in via app or phone, When I arrived at security in Barcelona, security would not allow me to pass without a boarding pass. So I had to leave the gate area and go to El Al ticket counter."
Cons: "I almost missed my flight because of this. I called Expedia staff and they weren't much help. Next time I will be better prepared when booking flights to Tel Aviv."
Pros: "Everything went went really well. The only problems was a delay of several hours which they posted so I knew in advance."

Cons: "For obvious reasons security is tight. However, they do not warn you sufficiently about the screening and security process. It took 2 hours alone to get through security and it was a light crowd. I can only imagine if it was packed or during major EU or Israeli holiday. They try to move people fast but security folks are all very young so they require a lot of supervision and need oversight so they stop and go for questions with trained team members."
