I didn’t like that I could not select my seat and was assigned a seat when I checked in at LAX

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. Crew was great! I need wheelchair assistance and they knew who I was and updated me that my chair was on its way and to just hang tight. There was some turbulence but the captain announced we would be going thru it and he handled the plane well. Landing was soft and his.

When we checked in my friend and I were sitting seperate. By the time we got to boarding, they automatically switched our seats. I really liked that.

The staff did not do a good job of getting everyone boarded quickly, so we missed our take off window and had to sit on the tarmac for 20+ min waiting for our turn. The plan was old. Pockets on the back of seats were torn and tearing off. One of the attendants was rude-she would ask a question but he walking away before you finished answering so she kept getting our drink orders wrong.

Didn’t make the flight. My connecting flight was an hour late and I missed the flight. You rerouted me thru Atlanta and I arrived in Rome over 10 hour after my original Rome arrival time. You also left my luggage in Atlanta and it took you three day to get my bag to meI spent 4 days in the same cloths, I had packed my prescriptions in the lost bag and went 3 days withoutMy heart meds.

I love the free entertainment. It makes the trip go by quickly. I also love that the flight was not 100% full. There was a seat open in the middle. I hate traveling on flights that are jam packed and they are asking people to give up their seats or the overhead bins are full and you have to check your bag. It just makes the flight difficult. Great entertainment system. The crew was somewhat helpful, but ignored the calls completely. Also all the isle seats were taken by the time of check-in and we had to squeeze a family of 5 on middle seats in 3 rows - awfully inconvenient to fetch nappies, take kids to the toilet or fetch water. Seat spacing was ok and the missile defence system of ElAl planes is unmatched.

Window seats on the 737 are tight and narrow. Staff was good.

Delayed as always, very dirty and old airplane. Not very friendly staff. Just a sandwich for a 5 hours very expensive flight.

I paid $1050 for this flight. I paid an additional $99 for a "comfort" seat that was nothing by comfort. The "extra leg room" was fake, made up by making the seat slightly recline at the most upright position. That alone, killed my back! In addition, it was so narrow, fitting a Barbie not an average size human (me). I asked for white wine, when beverage were offered, they had only red which I cannot tolerate, so I had to skip, even though I really needed some wine to relax. Cheap! Again, for the price I paid, I should have had a selection of white wines, even in economy. The food, supposedly by Shai Granot- made me want to avoid Granot's restaurants. The beef meatballs were nice and tender. the rice w hairline noodles were so soggy and soft it was disgusting. The so called bread was half dry when reached my tray. I love eggplant, but the mayo killed it. From the country of Tahini & olive oil you offer mayo w eggplant? As I said, I am likely to avoid Granot's restaurants. The exterteinamnet was full with old boring movies, limited and old TV shows and free intrenet only for texting? Again, for a premium price seat and for addition $99 I should have had a fukll internet access. Likely the last time I travel ELAL.

The crew, the flight boarding perfect. It was a nn EL AL plane, but it was OK but inside it was a zoo.

They apparently misplaced by window seat assignment, so I ended up getting a middle seat. However, once on board, the window seat passenger wanted to swap seats with me, so it all worked out. Otherwise, a very good flight.

Only way to fly to Tel Aviv is nonstop on the Dreamliner.

The pre flight service was incompetent unknowledgeable regarding COVID 19 Canadian laws . As well the level of communication was very poor while the language used by ElAl personnel was inadequate and offensive. All in all was a bad experience for all the members of my family and therefore I will do whatever it takes to make public my bad experience on all media platforms Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, official El Al website and other.
