Delay at gate caused a flight change for our connection, hotel stay, and lots of standing and waiting in lines which hurt my feet and was unpleasant as people were grumpy and yelling. Delta worker Nestor Espinosa was very helpful! Others were apathetic (tired I’m sure!) but weren’t clear with instructions and didn’t give both of me and my travel partner the same food voucher etc.
Boarding super slow with people allowed to linger in aisles
Crew wasn’t attentive. We didn’t see our flight attendant for stretches of time and inflight beverage service was cut short (as it always is on this route).
Pricing of seats is difficult - price transparency has disappeared. First class, business class. Comfort plus, economy, basic…. Especially the pricing of seat reservation. Used to be but early get a better price; now it seems prices are falling as we get closer to departure. Miles ticket value has gone away. Give me a break. Everybody is playing the game of upselling and delivering lower service. When demand drops, so will the game of price gouging, but we’ll see.
Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.
Flight was delayed nearly one hour. Just because of Deltas poor management. Was so late reached home after midnight .
Terrible experience delays going there and delays coming back will not be flying delta
The bus ride from the terminal to board the plane is uncomfortable and stressful when making a connection.
This was not the BA business class it used to be. Mediocre food, attendants seemed stretched thin. All the little luxuries that used to make BA business fun were missing. Flight delayed and the explanation given was they forgot to pick up crew - I hope I misheard! Transfer in LHR “sticky” - we thought we had way too much time at 3hours but it was needed. Next time will try different route.
Our second leg to Jackson WY was unable to land due to weather. We were flown back to Dallas after stopping in SLC. We were given hotel rooms and vouchers. We were told that we would be back on the same plane in the morning. Instead we were given a different flight with different seats. Not a good experience. No one knew what was going on.
Charlotte airport is miserable. For American I always have to connect from the end of terminal E to the end of terminal B and the stupid moving walkways are always broken. And the flights to all seem of least importance so they never leave on time in either direction.
Flight was delayed and missed connecting flight. Did not give warning about delay until we showed up at the airport. Not good.
First of all , lucky I caught our flight changes and we actually flew into chicago then Fort Myers
Horrible! Got stuck in Jackson Hole and the plane kept delaying every 30 min until they finally cancelled the flight. Other airlines were busy flying out and American had cancelled. Horrible experience, we had to switch to United to get out of there!
Boarding was efficient. On board drink was slow. Temperature was a bit warm in the beginning.
The person next to me used my leg space up and made it an uncomfortable ride the whole time
Both flights were delayed. One by an hour and the other by 1 1/2 hours after boarding.
The Overall Experience was great. No issues with the flight.
