Staff was friendly. Food was so-so. The economy seats are probably some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever sat in. The headrest kept falling down which has happened multiple times before on Virgin.
Cons: "We are a little hard of hearing. It was hard to hear the attendant when giving directions over the intercom. The speech was garbled and directions spoken too fast. I am not referring to the safety speech. Recommend slowing down so that we have more time to process what was spoken."

The Crew have no idea about the food they're serving the passengers. The Crew MUST be instructed before each flight about the menu that will be served to the passengers, whether the food is vegetarian or non-vegetarian, whether it is Halal, Kosher or not.

Then had to wait another hour for checked luggage...."
British Airways refused to allow my daughter and I to sit together because our tickets weren’t purchased at the same time. We were the first in line at the British Airways counter and the gentleman did not greet us but instead we greeted him. F. Kries should not be representing British Airways.

Improve the food When a baby cries for 7 hour out of 10, a crew member should be willing to try to assist The toilet was very dirty after a few hours
The food and wine were the worst I have ever had in business class. Also the service level was poor
I almost missed my flight because they’re searching me and the stuff already come from duty- free plus I couldn’t find my exit to go to the plane when I got there they were closing the door and I got to the airport very early but because they were searching me
The flight was fully booked. on the plane, the coffee and hot water systems were not working, so no coffee or tea. Many food items were also not available. Perason Airport is dated, dirty and luggage took over an hour to be off loaded. Ridiculous!
The window seat had no window. We usually take aisle seats but my daughter likes to look out of the window. It would have been nice to know at least.
