Pros:The location.
Cons:The check-in was over an hour. The receptionist was just plain rude. She charged me twice and then after weeks of not receiving a refund, they claimed I was never charge twice even though I provided proof. The place was not clean. The room door only had a push lock and was insecure. There were stains on the sheets. I spent only one night there and I slept above the blankets on my towels. It was a terrible experience and a waste of money and a night of my vacation.

Pros:Extremely clean and cheap for the cleanliness and comfort this place provided. Staff were extremely nice! & even got access to their other hotels' pools and this one outdoor color-lit hot tube. Amazing! Really enjoyed staying here. Extremely comfortable and clean/fresh bed. Shower water was great. So much better than other airbnb locations I've rented for a much higher price. Very quiet and peaceful as well even though it is right downtown and 5 min walk away from the beach :)

Cons:One of the room (#10) was originally a car garage and transformed into a room... Horrible place, the toilet and shower is seperated by a partial wall that is not connected to the ceiling and a curtain 'door', not even a regular door, you literally sleeping next to your toilet. Spend the extra 10-15 bucks for a regular room. Overall this place is not worth to stay here, not even a single night.

Pros:The staff was very friendly and nice. The rooms were not state of the art, but they were clean. Hotel is located in a good section of Condado that is within walking distance to lots of restaurants, casinos, and the beach. I had an issue with my room that the staff quickly apologized and very quickly made up for my inconvenience. I would stay here again no questions asked.

Pros:Everything was lovely. Hotel was clean. The personnel was friendly and polite. This is a good hotel if you want to save money on your stay. I would stay here again.
