Staff was very nice when asked for directions to different points of interest in Puerto Rico. Prompt in giving us towels. Lady working during the day is just wonderful. Showed us an awesome bakery to buy mallorca and other goodies located close to the hotel. A great hotel to stay away from the tourist area.

Great one night stop
Great value, nice location in university area, basic continental bkfst, clean and comfortable rooms. We were staying there just one night before early morning flight from SJ airport. Less than 10 mins from airport. We had 2 adults and 2 kids under 2 with us, and the room with 2 double beds worked great.

Loud music, indifferent staff, questionable cleanl
Price, large room with kitchenette, AC
Nasty polyester sheets, dirty towel in bathroom, indifferent staff who called a cab that tried to rip us off, loud music until 5am on the street right outside our window. Hotel is not in bad neighborhood but there is a big club/party scene right there.

“Room wasnt clean. Floor was dirty near the night stand. Shower head had water residue. The owner could have purchased a shower head in home depot which is pretty cheap, very nasty. Pressure on sink was so low you could not even brush your teeth. Smell when you came in to the room was so strong I ended up checking out the next day because I had a headache. The TV was so tiny you had to use magnifient glasses to watch the damn thing. My stay was horrible. When I contacted the owner Elena Pagan, the lady was so rude. She defended herself and not even apologized for anything. She promised a refund for the second night I paid and it has been a week and I am still waiting. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not stay here......”
