Cons: While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.

Pros: Hard to believe that this great hotel is so close to SEA airport. The grounds are amazing, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and the food was amazing. Probably the best value hotel-wise that I have experienced outside of Asia. The little extras like the complementary snacks in the social areas, the house-cured smoked salmon and the friendliness of the staff makes this hotel one of the best for the price anywhere.

Pros: An amazing oasis nestled in trees, so quiet and peaceful, away from traffic noise and airport noise but yet only a few miles from SEATAC airport. We stayed here upon our return to the mainland from Hawaii, before our last leg home to Colorado, the following day. It was a beautiful end to our vacation. The bed and bedding were the most luxurious and comfortable we have ever experienced in a hotel or anywhere. I described it to my husband as like laying down in a bowl of whipped cream! It just seemed to enfold us! This is an amazing hotel and worth every penny! A very nice breakfast is included, as well a a 24 hr snack station, which makes the price point even better. I spent hours reading reviews of hotels near SEATAC. Do not look any further....just book your stay!

Cons: On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!

My partner was thrilled that there was biscuits and gravy, and I made a sausage sandwich. Once on the shuttle it took 5 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel. Desk clerk did not offer an apology when I explained what happened. Incredibly frustrating! Cons: Front desk gave my pre-paid reservation to someone else with a similar name (fair mistake, but sloppy one) and it took a while to sort out losing us valuable sleep before an early flight. They then authorized my card for an additional $250+ and have not reversed it a week later. The staff was nice throughout, but clearly this place is horribly disorganized opetationally. Also, did not receive a single concession for all of the trouble. Would recommend staying somewhere else.

Cons: In spite of a Kayak confirmation number, the hotel had no record of the reservation. Arrival was after midnight. The first Radisson confirmation number provided by customer support after a 5 minute hold was wildly incorrect. After another 10 minute hold - it's a good thing I didn't hang up after getting the first number - the desk clerk had received a fax with instructions for him to do the billing. There's no way for me to know whether the problem was on the Kayak end or the Radisson end. The good news is that everything worked out. The moral of the story is to be sure to have the confirmation number and more importantly the customer support number. If there's a problem, you're likely to need them both.

Pros: We walked from SeaTac airport because the hotel is literally across the street from the airport exit. Late check in but staff was pleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The hotel is clean with a restaurant on site. However it closes at 10pm. The light rail station is on the opposite end of the airport. This hotel is centrally located for travelers. This was our third stay at this property. Will stay here again when we're in Seattle. There is a Free airport shuttle as well.

That said, I stayed here knowing I could walk to the hotel from the airport rather than wait for a shuttle. The front desk clerk had my Kayak reservation which I had made within 15 minutes of arriving from the airport while looking for a hotel due to my flight being canceled. Always glad to have a bottle of water to drink once I hit the room - and to NOT be charged for it. Radisson doesn't charge. Checking out was also pleasant. I usually eat at 13 Coins which is conveniently right next door and open 24 hours or at the hotel restaurant if pressed for time.
Cons: The rate is a little high for the winter, but the room was comfortable, bath large enough for me. I didn't try to use the wi-fi, so I don't know if the complaints about it being slow were true.

It was disappointing but not a disastrous stay.

We checked in, the guy at the counter was pretty nice but a little creepy, as we were walking out a man asked us to go to a party in his room. what kind of hotel staff let's someone hang out in their lobby and ask young women to go to their hotel room at midnight...we're not hookers. Finally we get the car parked in the tinest spot ever, we had to unload the car and do a 20 point park to get the car in. we get into our room and plop on the bed and it's quite literally made out of cardboard. we thought perhaps they put the box spring on top, that's how hard it was. I've stayed in plenty of cheap motels so quality and dirtiness isn't really something I would grade upon but if you actually want to sleep and feel like some random dude isnt going to bust into your room, please don't consider staying here.

(When I called to ask about cribs prior to making the reservation I was told I didn’t need to reserve one and they had several.) We were told the only crib left was broken...it was missing a wheel so it was lopsided. We asked how many cribs they had, and they only have 3...counting the broken one! It was incredibly noisy...we heard doors slamming and people walking around all night. The shuttle in the morning leaving for the airport was also late. We will never stay here again.

We got her back to the room and resting, and around 11 o'clock that night, the fire alarm goes off and we all have to evacuate the building. My poor daughter had to get all dressed and we had to carry her out of the building. Once we finally got back to the room and got her settled, it just got better. We all finally got back to sleep, and 4 more times throughout the night the alarm went off again, for about 5 to 10 seconds at a time and then shut off. It was the worst night ever. I am not blaming the hotel for the problem, the part that bothered me was when I checked out, no one even acknowledged what had happened or even just said I'm sorry about what had happened. I'm not the kind of person that goes and demands refunds but an I'm sorry would have went a long way.

Pros: The price was very reasonable so I didn't expect to find fresh looking decor, fresh smelling rooms that were spacious, very nice bathroom with a super powerful water spay shower head, pillows were not lumpy and cheap, the room heater/air conditioner wasn't noisy. When it was time to be shuttled back to the airport they were helpful and didn't play hip hop music on the radio van. We didn't use the restaurant but the breakfast menu looked very like good reasonable choices. When in Seattle we will select Ramada again.

Cons: Hookers, people writing notes about the hookers being bad in bed and setting it on the stairs for everyone to see. No elevator only stairs. They don't clean under anything and I mean anything found used condoms under bed and used food wrappers under sink. The smell of mold is terrible.

Pros: The comfy beds, location is right next to light rail and the airport, staff was friendly and polite, room actually smelled clean and was thoroughly cleaned.
Cons: Wifi didn't want to work most of the time even though it was connected, breakfast could have had more options like fruit yogurt and hardboiled eggs, vending machine needs more than just 5 items (literally 5 individual items), and the cable needs better channels other than infomercials.

Pros: The staff was friendly, helpful and available. Shuttle to and from airport prompt and the drivers courteous. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the airport, right across the street. Defintely worthwhile for a budget park and fly experience. My room was clean and quiet. If you are looking for something cheap and close to SeaTac airport this is it.
Cons: The hotel itself is rundown and outdated but that is what I expected for the price. The vending machine was out of water bottles and only had soda. I just walked to the hotel next door and bought from their vending machine. I didn't bother with the free breakfast as nothing looked very appetizing but again this is what I expected for the price.

Cons: They advertised parking for those using the hotel when flying out of SeaTac, which is part of why we chose to stay there, but upon arrival they didn't have any parking available and we had to take our car to another hotel close by and pay more for parking there.

Cons: Our room was filthy. Sink and vanity were covered in what I hope was toothpaste, the shower was black, there was snot wiped on the wall in the bathroom and there was a chew spit bottle on the shelf by the door. We would have been better off sleeping in the airport.

Cons: Room wasn’t very clean and needed updates to pretty much everything in the room. The bathroom had a strange smell to the point we had to keep the door closed because it smelled so bad. Kind of smelled like a septic tank. There’s one one road in and out of the facility and it’s very inconvenient if you’re on foot.

Cons: The dim lighting gave an overall dingy look. Carpet appeared dirty. Halls smelled like a gym with really poor ventilation. I had intended to stay 30days but had to leave after 1. The staff was very pleasant! Great value for the money. Just didn't suit my needs at the time.

Pros: The rates at this particular roadway inn are low, i managed to book several nights for 38 dollars per night. They offer: a free breakfast between 5am - 9am and free wifi.

Pros: The hotel is really close to the Link train in SeaTac, you can hop off the train and walk to it. The beds are normal, just one pillow though. This hotel is perfect if you are just planning to get a bed to sleep after exploring the city, nothing more.
Cons: There's no elevator so you have yo carry your luggage upstairs, also the hotel is very outdated; we didn't get the breakfast but it was just a corner with coffee and there was no information about it from the front desk. Also it's kind of sad that there's no bathroom around so you have to go to the back where all the laundry is being washed.

Pros: Bathroom was decent, and I liked the corner-style shower.
Cons: Very spartan, cheap ikea furniture. I felt like I checked into the neighborhood hostile for wayward drug addicts. Uncomfortable lumpy mattress. Cheap linoleum flooring so you could hear every step the person above you made. Intoxicated people walking around talking in the halls. Had to turn off the really loud ac unit to hold a conversation. Wouldn't stay there again.

It was in a bad area of town, the police were in the parking lot questioning a loitering couple when we arrived. We left and two hours later were able to find a room at a comfort inn a few miles away. Do not stay there!!!!

Pros: The room was small but that's okay. It had two full size beds. The beds were comfortable, sheets were clean and new, the interior seemed like they're trying to keep up with keeping it modern and new. They shower/bathroom was super clean. Staff was nice and helpful. If you're looking for a room to save money, this is it.
Cons: The only issue for us was the paper thin walls and ceiling. You can hear every sound, even the neighbor's phone call. At one point, it was so bad we had to call the front to tell them that the people above us were loud and they said it was just room service cleaning up. You can hear every footstep and every conversation going on around you. I'd suggest staying on the top floor to help with the noise somewhat. We were on the first floor. If you're a light sleeper it will be a problem.

Pros: The room itself was clean and okay for what we wanted to pay. There were no amenties in the room (hair dryer, shampoo, etc.) The air conditioning unit worked, but was very loud so you couldn't have it on to sleep because it would wake you evey time it came on. The security door was proped open all night.
