“I'd would like to start with something that really worked for me: the food! The breakfast mostly-- there was a large enough selection and the restaurant staff were very professional (except one worker who kept dragging his feet as he walked). The places around the hotel looked nice, neat but there wasnt much to see and it seems the outdoor bar was closed for some reason. (main building) (See what i didnt like first) Along with the Honeymoon suite came club access which I got a chance to enjoy and Id like to review that. The service there is what i expected from an Intercontinental establishment. From decor to lobby smells and workers attention to detail. The food at the club is of better quality and the facilities are more up to current standards. I had the pleasure to meet one of the new managers at the club: Sisi who was very nice and took her own time to introduce some nice hotels in China and of course take us on a little tour to introduce the rooms and the club! After that i was sold! I am definitely booking the room on my next Shenzhen trip! I may have not stayed in the rooms at the club but the room decor and facilities are top notch and i would recommend it any day!”
