Pros (+) Staff was loud and heard to pass snide comments about their customers - very unprofessional
Cons (-) The manager (Kenny Goh) was obnoxious and rude even though I was very polite and never raised my voice. I will never stay there ever again-and I am going out of my way to tell everyone not to use them if you like friendly staff who will bend over backwards for your requests.
