Cons: Very noisy area, and hard to completely relax

Cons: My room overlooked the pool, as I'm sure most, or all do. But during the day the music in the pool area blasted really loud a few times over the course of the day. Scared me. But I'm sure that doesn't happen often, or I hope not at least. Also I wished we had a king size bed. The queen bed was too small and the comforter was too small for the bed.

Cons: Hair in shower and please don’t try and sell me a timeshare on my anniversary weekend not pushy at all but if I’m interested I’ll let you know

Cons: The $29 for parking too much and they charged us for 4 parking days instead of 3 and the guy didn't know how to fix it it was elaborate he called pkg they agreed we fldidnt have an extra car then he handed me back the paper and we had a stare off lame So I said no more dialogue I need to go fix it !! He did but he pouted didn't apologize it's probably hard to get good help up there

Cons: Avoid unless you love excessive noise. You will be treated to hearing the room next doors spa, AC, toilet flushing, showers VERY loudly inside your room at all hours of the night and early morning. We sadly had two nights booked. We turned of our AC as we did not pack industrial rated earplugs to deafen the unbelievable drone of the AC in cooling mode. The staff are well aware of the noisey plumbing. I was told by the receptionist that they do not recommend their guests restrict the hours of spa usage. Mind you the spa is only one excessive problem this hotel has... AVOID

Cons: noise, paying for a theme room when booking and then note having it available ....carpet needs to be replaced very badly in the room, front desk area could be updated ...

Cons: Not near lake like advertised, only has valet parking, hit up by timeshare salesman as soon as we checked in

Cons: More not to like than Iike. The room was oddly designed, step up to bath room, then step down to master. It had a whirlpool tub, but the shower was in the tub! You had to climb into the tub to take a shower. The toilet room was tiny, and all the bath towels were stored in the toilet room over the toilet, not out in the bath by the sink and shower/tub. Worst thing was a vent in the master that kept howling all night long. No way to shut it off, not part of the AC but some part of the hotel vent system. I would not stay here again, ever.

Cons: the restaurant service was TERRIBLE, and the hotel staff claimed they had nothing to do with the resturaunt. Well …. the only people eating there were from the hotel, and it took over an hour to get yogurt & fruit. Others told me it took 2 hrs when they weren't that busy. This is the only reason we would not return to this hotel. Nearest other restaurants are 1.5 miles down the hill.

Cons: We knew the jacuzzi tub jets would be disabled. What we didn't know is that the only shower is a shower head in the giant jacuzzi tub which is surrounded by wooden shutters on two sides and a curtain with a peekaboo gap about thigh-high. ??? For a family to function in that bathroom setup is very limiting and makes the room only okay for very short stay. Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Cons: Could have done with a proper restaurant on site though the pub was okay. Might be a bit far away from the water in summer. A loud noise kept me awake all night one night, and a late arrival coach party kept my wife awake the night before. The hot tub was huge but the water was not warm enough and it was noisy. The decor in the rooms had obviously been done recently but was pretty 90's

Cons: Pools were not heated even though they advertised them that way. They stick you in the main building in the summer on the first floor with paper thin ceilings so you are awakened by the people above and you are far away from the beach and with only a queen size bed even though other rooms were available the Andrea manager wanted an upcharge of 50 per night plus tax for them even though the reception clerk said it was no problem to move. Andrea the manager always had a fake forced smile and was not customer focused at all. The room carpets were filthy.. they needed shampooing.

Cons: No air conditioning. Hot and too smoky for windows to be open. Even with wolindows open and all fans going it was very hot on main floor and loft. Not bearable during the day and until after dark. Dish washer was filthy when we checked in. Food dripped on top of and down door. Filter area was caked with food and debris. It took 3 or 4 calls to desk to get it cleaned enough to be able to use. Lack of soap and dish soap. Had to call multiple days for more. Also, needed to call for extra towels for our family of 5 multiple days.

Cons: First of all am not saying all employees are not properly trained doing their job but some of the employees yes they are not properly trained especially when they are charging bills to their guests when they checking in like what happened to us it is so terrible experienced we ever had in that place I booked online and make reservation I payed everything online so when I came to the front desk at the resort I told Them that I have reservation and I payed online however this employee asking for my debit card charging for any damages incase we something happen to the unit for amount of $100 for me doesn't matter because he said they will refund it after we check out so I said ok but then after an hour I check my online banking and it showed up in my bank account that the resort charge me $348 I can't believe this people can't do their job right so I told them what happen and they told me that they will refund it and they said it takes 3 to 5 business days to refund completely in my bank account and the next day I saw in my bank account they charge me again $740 I can't believe this place this is so much errors and stupidity why they can't do their job really guy come on!!' so I talk to them again and again and again all they did is sorry we will refund it we just make a mistake. And also at the next counter at my left side another costumer complained because of their errors over charging their costumers!!!! Please don't go in this resort believe me!!!!

Cons: Our suite was spacious, except for the shower and toilet room which was extremely small. Furniture could use an update, screen doors were barely functional. Suite was facing Hwy 50 and was REALLY noisy. Needed to have the doors open because it was quite warm. I suppose in winter the noise wouldn't be an issue because you could keep the doors closed. Lastly, we paid way more than the room was worth, but booked it only a week before the 4th of July, so it was somewhat expected.

Cons: Room (especially the bathroom) was kind of cramped.

Cons: Condos located near Lake Tahoe Blvd are too noisy with the traffic close by. I had to request a different condo than the one originally assigned to us, and Aston was very gracious about moving us to a condo closer to the Lake.

Cons: The AC unit did not cool the room properly. Had to get and extra fan. The room was a non smoking room but there were cigarette butts on the balcony and the worse part was when I turned my covers down on the bed and found a large black hairball in between the sheets

Cons: Just be aware that the loft gets really hot if you use the fireplace in the evening.

Cons: This is a dated bare bones IHG property, no vending other than a beverage machine that wasn't working, offers no on-site concessions, a non-working thermostat and intermittent satellite TV signal.

Cons: Limited parking at night. Rooms are not very sound proof.

Cons: Too noisy at night. Me and my family were kept up by a noisy neighbors who were drunk, screaming, and banging on the doors from 12am-430am. Horrible!! I had to call the police and hotel management, but it didn't help much. We had a big headache in the morning. Ruined our next day.

Cons: Wifi poor Kept cutting out and needed rebooting

Cons: A light in our room started smoking. Maintenance was called and it took them a while to fix it.

Cons: Living room TV did not work- they offered to send someone to fix it. Monday the breakfast was very crowded and half of the dining hall was closed, so we had to wait several minutes for an open table.

Cons: The overly expensive room service

Cons: No fresh air fan in the bathroom. There is no parking other than Valet. So you have to pay 19 dollars along with 15 dollars resort fee. It's good they separate it so people flying don't have to pay for parking, but those who drive should have some place to park for free. Such a big hotel that it was hard to find a place to sit for breakfast in the morning. Walls were thin and you could hear noise from other rooms and outside. 15 dollar resort fee only gives 3 Mbps internet which buffered while watching online movies.

Cons: Valet parking was a nightmare. It took over a half hour to get our car out. Rooms weren't ready for check in. We had to wait until 6pm. Then they would not extend check out past 11:00 am. AC was broken and made noise all night. Emailed resort after with no response. This used to be a great facility but it has gone downhill. At least they can't screw up location.

Cons: Slow / unreliable internet, especially during busy weekends.

Cons: 1. We did not get the room we ordered (we ordered dbl queen bed and got single king) 2. The toilet were flooded, it took them over 2 hours to fix and 2 phones. 3. It took them 3 phones and over 2 hours to get to us blanket for the sofa bed (We did not get then Dbl Queen) 4. The valet car retrieving our car took almost an HOUR !!, and we lost ski time.

Cons: Hot tub was murky. Kids without supervision in the pool. Breakfast was only served until 10:30

Cons: Tiny body towels in bathroom after shower, it would be nice if they were bigger

Cons: Normally I don't post negatives but there were just two things that really bothered me. 1. We attempted to eat that the Echo restaurant in the hotel. We waited at the podium for at least 15 minutes and not one of the staff came to help us. As a matter of fact we counted at least 6 people that looked at us and just kept doing what they were doing. No "we will be right with you", no "let me get someone for you". Nothing! That was completely uncalled for. 2. When the maid came to service our room, she did not do the greatest job. No vacuuming, which the floor definitely needed, and the bathroom floor should have been cleaned too. That gave me a little bit of an uneasy feeling about cleanliness. I realize they were busy but they need to make sure that they are thorough when it comes to cleaning.

Cons: The complimentary breakfast is great, but be careful when you go. They ran out of bowls every time I went.

Cons: As a clear cash grab, they only offer valet parking at $19/day. The only other option they offer is parking 2 blocks away in public lot. They're also engaging in the, unfortunately common, practice of being disingenuous about the room rate by tacking on a $24 per night resort fee which will apparently be increasing to $34 per night in August 2019.

Cons: ugly decore..small window..4.00 bottle of water!!

Cons: The telephone in the bedroom did not work. The bathroom had a few stains. The bedroom door was broken. The sofa bed had stains on it and it look like staff members just flipped the sofa matress on the opposite side so that no one would notice.

Cons: room felt dirty. My daughters feet were dirty on the bottom after walking on the carpet.

Cons: NOT having a dead baby cockroach surrounded by pubic hairs in the corner of the bathroom would have been better.

Cons: Check in staff was rude and we were promised a room close to the other party we were vacationing with but we ended up being 4 floors apart. The hotel was joking some huge even in the lobby and since the hotel has an open concept it was very loud and any time we had to walk through the the lobby we had to walk through this event. It felt like we were wedding crashing.

Cons: Slow wifi. Carpet seemed a little dirty in some spots. Room didn't have great lighting. The restaurant was hit or miss. Thin walls.
