Got the job done, nothing special, 10 minute walk
Decent air conditioner, free parking, close to fast food and BART station.
Found it odd you can't smoke on the balcony of your own room, shower had a messed up handle, it was hard to get the water the right temperature. Furniture and room itself are very old.
