Pros: It was clean and convenient to the airport. The am staff put out the continental breakfast early so we had something before catching the shuttle. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Would stay again if need arises.

Cons: My floor was visibly not vacuumed. When I awoke, I had small bite marks on my lower legs and ankles 😧. I checked in late so I didn’t inform the desk for a housekeeper but I did leave a note on the card the young lady Nylia, stated she cleaned the room. I may have spelled her name wrong but it is similar. While awaiting to leave noted the dining room area a lady was wiping the table, chairs and condiments with same towel without rinsing and going to the next table!🤢

Pros: Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was simple but had lots of options. There was a small pool which was nice. Room was nice & updated close to elevator/exits. Definitely functional for families.

I asked why didn't you tell me this before placing a hold on my credit card and taking my money? She said that it is company policy to get me checked in first. If you do this with most guess then they accept less than what was promised or you refund but still keep the interest until the bank releases the security funds. That adds up to a lot of money for the hotel

Cons: The days we were booked, hot breakfast was not served. It was an unfortunate, you were chosen because breakfast was on the list. It was a huge disappointment to pay what we did and have the same accommodations for breakfast at a lower class hotel. If breakfast was served as anticipated, I would have given this hotel a 10.

Cons: -The shower had absolutely no water pressure -There was black residue/build-up all over the air-conditioner vent openings. -The shower water handle was missing one of the large screws that attach it to the wall. -Picked hotel for free airport shuttle accessibility, just to find out at check-in that the shuttle was not operating using Covid as an excuse. We had to make our way to a nearby hotel, who’s free shuttle was operating just fine.

Pros: The location was great, right off I-70 The breakfast selection was plentiful and you can have it to go. The room was clean, modern, and spacious, the bed is very comfy! Did not use WiFi or TV, arrived late, and left fairly early. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
Cons: Due to the Pandemic, the pool and the exercise room is still not in operation. Rooms facing the road can be noisy if you have windows open for fresh air.

Cons: One of two elevators didn't work and of course it was the one closest to our area of the hotel. Took stairs I'm 63! Ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor didn't work had to go to 1st floor and it quit too or ran out of ice. Electricity went out for couple hours and it was close to 90 degrees and very humid. And pool was closed.

Pros: The location was very convenient for what I was there for. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Everyone was very pleasant and greeted me. I love that they have a coffee area open all the time with FREE coffee, tea, hot chocolate and flavor infused water!! Makes a big difference! The hotel is extremely clean, including the gym. Didn't try the pool/spa yet. I definitely would stay here again.
Cons: I asked for a room away from the elevator so it would be quiet. I am a light sleeper. I got a room along the highway which kept me up the first night. The second night I kept the fan on to drown out the highway noise. I'll be more specific about a quiet room next time.

Pros: I loved the smell and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff was helpful in getting what was needed. The facility was beautiful.
Cons: Unfortunately I do have complaints. The room was lacking in items. There was no hand soap/body soap, no trash bags, and not enough towels for the guest number stay. The facility didn’t have any self service machines for snacks or anything. If you wanted something you had to purchase from on site bar. I was new to the area and there was a lack of information giving on amenities. No phone advisory to know how to get service. The indoor pool was small. The outdoor pool was closed. The room usb plugs didn’t work. I couldn’t charge my phone.

Cons: There was trash stuffed under the beds. Water bottles candy wrappers you name it. When you used the shower it flooded the bathroom and yes we had the shower door closed. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was hair everywhere. No trash bags in the trash cans.

Although its advertised as being such I do feel like my room had too double/full beds. The tub was like a blueish color, maybe from whatever cleaning supplies they use. The tv barely worked our entire stay especially Netflix and the HBO. There is absolutely no towel bar or any bar at all to hang any towel or hand towel up. There’s no microwave in room. We had a very loud neighbor the second night we were there. Despite staff telling them to quiet down. Parking $15 per day and incidental is $50 per day.

Pros: Nothing - this was the worst hotel experience of my life.
Cons: 1. Wrong type of room. Literally the only reason we chose this hotel. 2. Front desk denied it was wrong room. No apology. No offer to correct. While waiting in line, another person was complaining they received the room we booked. 3. Text messages called me Eric repeatedly (my name is Chad) 4. Breakfast - no bacon. No milk. Served the worst looking oatmeal I’ve ever seen. 5. Toilet splashes toilet water and urine all over the floor each time you flush. This caused the bathroom to smell like urine and for me and my children to step in human waste. 6. No maid service provided over the 3 day stay. 7. Pool closed without warning. 8. Text message received after the first night implied we were being checked out. Hotel didn’t seem to understand how long we were staying. 8. Waited 45 minutes for a crib the front desk claimed was already in our room. It wasn’t. While waiting for the crib, I was unloading luggage from our car. The front desk staff was talking to friends and outside smoking a cigarette while I was unloading luggage when she could have been getting a crib.

Pros: The Breakfast was basic Nothing different than a breakfast at home , Nothing to say outstanding.
Cons: On Arrival someone had been laying in the one bed, look as if Someone was sitting on the other, crumbs and water stains on counter, Damp towel in the Bathroom, a leak from the upstairs unit, We requested adjoining rooms because of the Children, moved to the 6th floor Separated rooms, the electric indicator Stopped working We Couldn't get in the room for an hour, had lost time And had to Pay Staff To help Decorate because My Daughter and Son in law had to stay behind, WORST Marriott Experience Ever , I have been A Loyal customer for years.

Pros: The pool area/courtyard was cool, there was lots of amenities… beds were for the most part comfortable.
Cons: I was carrying my baby & had my son with me at checkin… breaking a sweat. Had to put some of my items down at one point and there seemed to be no rush or consideration of that while I was at the check in desk. My room took forever to get to from the lobby & I wish there was some type of map or something that could have showed me the shortest/most convenient way to get to the parking lot etc. I felt like I was in a maze doing a workout every time I had to leave the room. When I originally booked the room it stated the check in was at 12 which was one of the main reasons I chose to book due to my AC being out & after I got the confirmation it stated 3. When I called they said there was nothing they could do about it. I sent a request through booking app before check in to extend my stay for another day & sent a message, wanted to discuss that at check in as well but I was ready to get settled at that point. The room was decent, a little small & the bathroom was okay.. kinda small as well. There was barely any toilet paper. The phone in the room wasn’t working so I walked to the front desk to request a second day & more toilet paper. About halfway through the second day the AC seemed to stop working as well as it did the night/day before & the room started to have a weird odor.I took out all my trash, and febrezed everything but couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from.. housekeeping also knocked on the door at least 4 times throughout the day asking when we were leaving & I had to state that I booked another day each time. I ended up leaving around 8 that night due to overall uncomfortability.

Pros: Shaff were nice enough and the main floor had a very pleasant and clean smell. Food in the restaurant was good but pricey.
Cons: The fitted sheets for the bed were under sized for the bed probably due to shrinking and wouldn't stay on which was very frustrating along with effecting my sleep. Once you moved past the main floor the smell turn from pleasant to mildly musty. Not to mention the women who checked us in said that we were not charged for parking and not to worry about it, then when I got the bill it was there. I don't mind paying for things, but don't tell me one thing then do another. When I registered my complaint during check out the fellow said sorry and quickly checked me out without another word.

Cons: Room was very damp and moist- very uncomfortable, almost unusable. Ventilation is an issue. Sales office misrepresented costs of hospitality room we obtained in connection with our dad's funeral. Very disappointed that management would not correct this issue after bringing it to their attention.

They did come and spray but still had lots of ants got on our personal items and brought them home with us ugh.they did give us a 30.00 food credit at restaurant but the food was not good and all the dishes and glasses had a sour dishwater smell. Ugh the staff and people were great but need to have a come to Jesus meeting on room cleaning ,insect control,and a clean kitchen . at least with dishes . also when I arrived I was told I had to pay an extra fee for parking ! really ane you kidding me. I am staying and paying for a room but have to pay to park anywhere! Why not raise the price of the room and include parking . no one likes a surprise. Think it was 12.00 a day. I am not one to write bad reviews and only am writing this in hopes they will correct these things.

Pros: The location was good, as it was located by many restaurants and the airport.
Cons: We were not informed at booking or check-in that parking was $10/night. We were also not informed at booking that we would be charged $40 to a credit card that would be refunded to us after check-out if there were no damages to the room. The front desk staff was very rude and treated us as if we were children, instead of the paying customers that we were. The hotel was very old and the online photos and descriptions were very off from what it looked like in real life. They were doing some sort of construction, so half of the entrances were locked. This was the worst Mariott I have ever stayed at.

Cons: Parking was awkward and the room at the back of the facility was a very long walk. The crazy kids in-house for their animation convention was weird, but they seemed to quieten after about 10pm so maybe the hotel laid down ground rules. They were entertaining though.

Pros: The location was great, just around the corner from the rental car lots with great access to St. Louis airport. I was allowed to check in to my room as soon as I arrived at noon, three hours ahead of regular check-in time. The lower-level restaurant had good food at reasonable prices.
Cons: When I attempted to shower at 8:30 p.m. the water was only tepid. That was disappointing.

Pros: The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was worth the extra cost to include it in the room price.
Cons: We were arriving late and I had called the hotel to have them note our late arrival. Upon arrival they informed us they didn't have the room we'd reserved (double queen) and wanted to give us 2 rooms that were quite far from each other instead. After MUCH distress, the front desk person did find us a double queen room BUT ended up making a new reservation vs. honoring our Booking.com reservation. Booking.com was wonderful in resolving that issue. In our room, the beds were well used and we tended to roll into the middle of the bed during the night. Bathroom door wouldn't close easily and was even harder to open.

Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: The room was gross like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a very long time, dust in corners and under bed. Coffee pot was gross. We couldn’t even get into our room till almost 7:30 pm. There wasn’t enough towels for us and when we tried to call the front desk for more, no one ever answered. With as much as I paid I definitely had higher expectations of a Hilton. I could have saved $100 and stayed at the Days Inn.

Cons: In the middle of the night the ceiling started dripping on my bed. I tried to move around to sleep but the dripping was in several sections. I mentioned the problem to front desk and they refused to allow me a free stay but offered to pay "your bar bill". I am not much of a drinker and did not have a bar bill. This was not a suitable room to have us stay in to put it mildly.

Pros: The majority of the concierge staff was nice and helpful. Some were not polite and even though communication wasn't impolite, their face expression would say it all and came across as if you were bothering them or made it seem like u were asking for too much. On a good note, the weather was really cold and appreciated how they had hot chocolate for guest and cups with lids. That made it very helpful for me as a mom as my kids were able to have some .
Cons: Did not like the cleaning staff. One in particular made a facial expression like she didn't care of my needs. I made the concierge aware and from there don't know but I continued to have issues with getting our room clean. With lil ones, u have to have a clean sanitized rm. Also, even when they clean, u can tell that no effort is placed in making sure it's sanitized as our shower curtain was dirty, underneath the sink was dusty, and I dropped an earring and was able to see that the very bottom was super dirty, hairs, and god knows what else. Overall cleaning, 1 star! I also don't think cleaning crew was unhappy with us due to that we would always step out the rm past 12pm and would let them know that they could clean and of course they wouldn't say yes or no and would give me a stare like "whatever". On one occasion our rm wasn't cleaned! My experience wasn't what I would have expected from a Hilton.

Pros: I love convent it was to the terminals and surround by hotels and restaurants and taxi available if need anytime, also shuttle service to airport every 15mins...it took me less than 3mins to check out and go outside to wait for the shuttle 7mins then get to the airport in 5mins.
Cons: $10 to park a night, the closet is small, the iron didn't work, the bathroom corner needs to be clean better maybe taken a vacuum cleaner to clean out the edges. The Queen size bed is on the small size.

He was a fabulous assistance to me as I had two suit cases and husband in wheel chair. Also your restauant staff was exceptional to all guests in the dining room. Pros: Despite looking dated and being smelly, the hotel room was surprisingly clean. Hotel is 5 minutes away from the airport and it provides free shuttle.
Cons: The hotel is very dated, so dated that there is a giant stain on the ceiling like it was floating. The room was very smelly. No noise isolation at all. You can hear your neighbors making love and people talking in the corridors. Coffee kettle in the room wasn't working. Lobby smells marijuana and it feels like stuff smokes it non-stop, round o'clock behind the reception. I heard one man asked receptionist can he smoke in the room, she replied: "Man, do whatever you wanna do. I don't care".

Cons: I chose a non-smoking room but when I went into the room it still smelled like smoke. They charge $50 for smoking in a non-smoking room so I made sure I let the front desk know right away. They didn’t give me any issues which was good. The TV didn’t work in my room, it would turn on but then the screen would go blue. It wasn’t a big issue for me though so I didn’t ask for any assistance with fixing it. The entrance for this hotel is really weird, a little difficult to find if it’s your first time. I called an Uber to pick me up from there and they literally had to go in circles because there’s only 1 entrance and if you’re not paying a lot of attention, you will definitely miss it. Breakfast had no hot food except oatmeal.

Cons: The lobby smelled as soon as you stepped in. Once we got in our Non Smoking room, the stench continued, like a decade's worth of cigarette smoke and a thrift store. We even had a used (still full of butts) ashtray sitting in the corner of the floor. There were no towels or even hand towels in the bathroom; however, upon seeing how gross the bathroom was, we quickly decided we wouldn't be using the disgusting shower anyway. There were cigarette ashes on top of the closes toilet lid, clearly indicating that the room had not been cleaned. The sheets were wrinkled and dingy, looked as if they'd been slept in multiple times and then remade. We refused to entertain the idea of sleeping with those linens, so we brought in our own blankets and pillows from the car. One of the only lamps (no overhead light) was broken, so that may have helped hide more nastiness of the room from us. The phone was missing most of the buttons, so it wasn't even useable had we wanted to call to the front. This was a one night stay on our road trip back to Georgia. I know it was a very cheap price, but the night previous we stayed at a similiary priced hotel in MUCH better condition. We left very first thing in the morning. This place was absolutely disgusting, not even worth the $60something price tag. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Days Inn should be ashamed that their name is on this dump.

Pros: The motel staff were friendly & assisted to our needs when requested.
Cons: Days Inn needs to update the rooms. They need top paint and have microwaves & Mini Fridges in all rooms. The bathtub did not have a mat which was dangerous. The bathtub fixtures were barely hanging on. The first night the noise level next door was really bad.

Cons: When we arrived to check in we find out a lightning bolt stuck a transformer and the whole block was out. That is not their fault, you can't control Mother Nature. The manager said it would be 2+ hours until power may be back on. The manager ascorrted me to our room and manually unlocked the door. We got ready real quick (with only the light from the window) luckly our room was not one of the rooms with broken windows.... We left for the wedding we were traveling for... Based on our surrounding and no form of security we opted to take all of our belongings with us. Because our check in was being escorted to a room but due to power outage not having a key we didn't feel comfortable leaving our laptops etc. we found out they got power 4 hrs later and when we entered the room with lighting I just had to laugh. There was a stain on the sheets. Walls were dirty, bathroom tile and toilet base was dirty, bedside table were sticky, half of the lamps wern't pluged into the walls and don't forget the dried candle wax on the floor. Let's just say I was glad it was for one night and I kept my shoes on. You get what you pay for.

Cons: I booked a room described as double room with double beds. I was expecting two rooms connected with 2 beds in each. What I got was one room with 2 beds and because of the misleading description I had to pay extra for another room. The property does not even have a two rooms connected. I also asked for extra towels the night before and was told he didn’t know if he had access to any towels and if he did we would bring them to the room if not then I would have to wait for housekeeping to arrive in the morning. Never received extra towels and I called the front desk several times in the morning and no one answered!! The blankets were stained and beds were uncomfortable. Overall horrible experience

Cons: The busted in to a room and arrested two people. There are some sketchy characters walking around the area. Not a good place for a family. Your wife won't feel safe. Make sure you're strapped. Otherwise it was quiet for the most part.

Cons: Maybe fix the place up a bit and hire new people when we first tried to check-in we waited for 45 minutes for the front desk person to arrive we called knocked on the doors yelled no answer the guy that came up said oh I was sleeping. The rooms were absolutely disgusting worst I've ever seen definitely not up to fire code see fire alarms were pull out of the ceilings some where not even hooked up. The bed and linens were full of cigarette Burns and holes. We took to the Linens to the front desk and that person said we don't have anymore what we have is what is in the room so we ended up sleeping with our own blankets the walls had boogers and blood stains the bathroom has black mold on the ceiling and when we woke up in the morning we found ourselves in the entire room and a pool of water the neighboring room was leaking through the floor and soaked our entire room with water. This was the most absolute worst experience of any hotel especially a super 8 in my entire life. My phone was dead so I couldn't take any more pictures of the flood in the morning because none of the outlets in the room worked. It appeared that they at some point tried to fix the issue with using silicone caulk around the wood trim on the bottom of the wall throughout the entire bathroom top to bottom and the sleeping quarters that is definitely the incorrect way to fix something it didn't work. A plus side of everything I didn't see any rodents or cockroaches

Pros: the bed was comfy and clean, the window to our room opened to let fresh air in, we had a smoking room so we understood there would be a smell but my gosh it was strong!..the bathroom was clean and the TV was nice and big our room had plenty of space
Cons: Breakfast was not served even though when we booked the room it said it was available and included, our room didn't have any towels or washrags and when i went down to get some it took the front desk forever to come to window. you also hear people and doors slamming all night and carpet was so old and dirty through out the whole hotel especially the stairs

Cons: The whole hotel smells like a cigarette factory!! No matter what I sprayed or lit the smell wouldn't leave🤢, I had to ask for towels because there were none in the room but when I got them they were kinda dirty so I just bought my own; I saw 3 roaches, there was a spider in the bed with me, my room was hot the air didn't work well so I had to buy a fan& there was plenty of police visits due to suspicious characters/activity; also no breakfast was included like they said 😔

Cons: Loved it here! Super close to the bus stop for easy travel. There's an Applebee's close by, and a organic food place across the street. The staff is super nice and helpful. Over all a smooth transition.

Cons: Ambiance is not good, Facilities are ok but the bed and comforter are stinking with cigarette smell. We found hair in most of the places in the room. The cleanliness is absolutely zero. I paid almost $100 as i booked the hotel in the last minute. Its not worth it, we can find some better hotels on the same price.

Pros: The staff were friendly and checked us in quickly and it was fairly close to the airport. It went downhill from there though.
Cons: When we first walked in we noticed an odd smell permeating the entire front entry area. After checking in I realized that the staff ( two men ) were cooking something behind the counter (probably their dinner). As we went to the room the first thing we noticed was the carpet in the hallway was soiled terribly. When we opened the room door a different but equally repugnant odder hit us. I think it was a combination of smoke, puke, and air freshener. The next thing we noticed was a 4" x 4" square of carpet was cut and replaced but it was not tacked down to the floor it was just loose. In the bathroom there was mold in the crevices around the tub and sink and the handle on the hair dryer was dirty, like someone with dirt on their hands blow dried their hair (I can't even guess what they used it for). The window was cracked open when we checked that and finally, when we pulled the covers back on the beds the sheets had spots on them. Again, I don't want to guess what that was. Needless to say we left the hotel and found another one in another part of town.... not an easy task since it was a home baseball game and a weekend in St Louis. I would never recommend this hotel.

Pros: The office staff was excellent - friendly and competent. Carpet and walls were in good shape. Countertop was granite, which surprised me. All were clean.
Cons: Everything else was clean EXCEPT that the sheets on the bed had not been changed. Front desk staff corrected the problem immediately.
