Pros (+) I drove up and immediately saw that it was a shady place with shady people walking around. I went in anyway and decided to give it a try and see the room. I opened up the door of the room and the smell of chemicals was overpowering. There were cigarette burns on the furniture and the there was water/ drywall rot, damage on the walls.
