The rooms were not clean or ready for check in. Apparently, cleaning staff had not come in. Manager did promise to refund cancellation.
Pros:Pillows were comfortable. The poor stressed staff tried but they had huge obstacles and no manager around to guide them.
Cons:Our first indication of a problem was when we arrived and they said no rooms were ready (at 4:45pm)? Then we took a very suspect elevator to our room to find there was NO LIGHT in the bathroom. We were tired & ready to shower from the trip. Had to use our phone lights. Went outside to the car to get more luggage and returned to a broken down elevator. Walked 4 flights with bags and within an hour all the power in the hotel went down. It was under 30 mins to reactivate power but this really set the tone for the remaining trip days. Even the attached Applebee’s was horrible with uncooked chicken and a missing bartender (we were told due to the prior weekend where much of the staff was let go). This hotel really isn’t a good representation of the Wyndham chain. It’s old and very antiquated down to the rickety elevator which you need stairs to even access. I will not stay again and frankly it turned me off for future Wyndham stays.
Pros:Paid $78. Great value. Under renovation. Worked on elevator while we were trying to sleep. Caulk where it didn't belong. Looks like it was just finished. Laminate flooring coming up.
Pros:Nothing. This place is awful
Cons:This place should be shut down. Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! Stay at your own risk. Never will I ever stay at a Wyndham Hotel again.

Cons:Dirty bathrooms. Opened toiletries. Staff never asked how our stay was or showed interest in our comfort.

Cons:Room was old and out of date. No hot water the second morning. Woke up to false fire alarm. Breakfast buffet should be included in price of room. Not worth the money paid :(
Pros:Very comfortable bed.
Cons:There were hand towels but no bath towels provided. When I called the front desk to request some I was told they were understaffed and I needed to go up front to pick them up. Our tissue box was completely empty upon arrival so I left it out for housekeeping to replace... they did not. Other than these issues, the staff was friendly and our stay was fine.

Cons:Outrageous price for an old revamped establishment. No vanity room for make up etc. as well as shaving utensils. One old sink from the previous 40 years. The ice machine was quire some distance away and towels were on the cheap side. We booked this hotel simply because of the reputation of the " Wyndham Garden Hotel " reputation. This place was not even worth $ 50 a night and we did have to spend quite some more Dollars
Pros:Breakfast is always a bonus. Staff at breakfast were friendly and the convenience of AppleBees next door was a plus.
Cons:I stayed 3 nights. Room did not get made up once. No idea why? Bathroom was a little aged.
