Ok but not great
Good location, 3min wall from Alexander Nevski cathedral and the Parliament.
We were asked to pay for the parking, the facilities are a little worn out (plates in the restaurant and surfaces in the room are all visibly scratched), breakfast quite humble and the staff a little disinterested, overall not great value for money.

Very nice place to stay
Excellent place to stay. All aspects of hotel very nice. Staff was outstanding in helping out with major travel issue encountered by one of our group.

During our stay in hotel L ' Ermitage it was pleasant to us: a successful arrangement, a quiet place, cozy rooms, in a room on the third floor good reception of the wireless Internet, television channels in Russian, a breakfast pleasant.
During our stay in hotel L ' Ermitage it was not pleasant to us: at our friends on the fifth floor in a non-smoking room smelled as a cigaret smoke, in a bathroom of souls it is impossible to remove in hands - not conveniently.
