Cons:
Budget does not have an office at the terminal D of the Tallinn port! There is HUGE mistake on the websides of Kayak... Pick up was very stressfull and unpossible to make. Nobody pick the phone number mentioned in our reservation. We had to take a shuttle to go to the airport, then it was easy, but in case that we order a car with pick up at the ferry terminal and receive confirmation with these informations, we should get a car there, not at the airport.10.0 Wonderful

The car was not at my pickup point, i had to get a taxi to go to he airport to pick it up after ringing the agent to find out what was going on.The car was unwashed.bird poo on the door, empty bottles at the rear.When i return itthe agent went straight to the front wheel and show me a very faint scratch on the hub cap and refuse to release my bond.He later on charge me on my credit card more than 400euros supposetly for repair. I have been in dispute with them ever since.They spoilt my holiday.Would not recommand them to anyone even to my worsr ennemy, that will be too cruel.1.9 Poor

Drop off at Vilnius Airport was problematic because there was no one in the office at 7:45 am, we weren't able to reach anyone by phone, and we couldn't figure out where to leave the car before our flight. Frustrating. Luckily, the flight wasn't until 9 and the young lady was in the office at 8...GREEN MOTION
