Cons: Hidden costs turned a 50 euro rental into a 150 euro rental. Had a much better experience with sixt last time I rented a car in Europe.

Pros: Staff at the desk was very helpful. Car was clean and great. Would rent there again when I come back.
Cons: A bit confusing at the drop off area, maybe bigger signs or explained when you pick up. I told the young man (in a nice way) at drop off area it was a little confusing and his response was "that is not my fault"!!

Cons: Budget does not have an office at the terminal D of the Tallinn port! There is HUGE mistake on the websides of Kayak... Pick up was very stressfull and unpossible to make. Nobody pick the phone number mentioned in our reservation. We had to take a shuttle to go to the airport, then it was easy, but in case that we order a car with pick up at the ferry terminal and receive confirmation with these informations, we should get a car there, not at the airport.

car rental from hell
Pros: nothing
Cons: The car was not at my pickup point, i had to get a taxi to go to he airport to pick it up after ringing the agent to find out what was going on.The car was unwashed.bird poo on the door, empty bottles at the rear.When i return itthe agent went straight to the front wheel and show me a very faint scratch on the hub cap and refuse to release my bond.He later on charge me on my credit card more than 400euros supposetly for repair. I have been in dispute with them ever since.They spoilt my holiday.Would not recommand them to anyone even to my worsr ennemy, that will be too cruel.

Unmarked pick up location in a hotel
Pros: The car was an upgrade
Cons: Pick up location in a hotel, no signage at all and no prior communication.Took a lot of walking around and asking locals to realize to go to hotel lobby and ask. We were told by the receptionist that the car cannot be delivered, which caught us by surprise. Then after 30 min wait the drive arrived with a car. The car was unwashed. Another 20 min to go over paperwork which was confusing. Return to hotel parking lot, noone from budget present.
