Pros:WELL MAINTAINED AND SPACIOUS PLACE, WITH KITCHEN AND T.V. FOR A PROPER HOSTEL STAY. STAFF ATTENTIVE AND WELL TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM OF A LANGUAGE BARRIER FOR MOST. HAD TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY PHONE CALL TO AVOID PENALTY CHARGES BUT HAD NO PHONE; A MANAGER KINDLY UNDERSTOOD AND ALLOWED ME USE HIS. PEOPLE LISTEN AND REALLY HEAR YOUR NEED. I, OF COURSE, DID PAY FOR THE CHARGE. ANOTHER, GRACE, VERY KIND IN GETTING ME SETTLED IN NOT KNOWING THE CITY ON THE FIRST DAY.....LOCATION FIVE STARS FOR TOURIST SITES AND FOR ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE EASY BUS RIDE TO BUS TERMINAL.
