Overall was ok, expensive price
24 hrs pool
The remodel it's annoying, reception staff no gentle or helpful. Service staff was really nice. It's a 3 stars hotel with a high price of luxury
Woke up early both days
The location was great, room was clean and modern.
The first morning we were woken up to the cleaners trying to get in our room multiple times with the key, it wasnt even 9am, (we were moving to another room the second night so we had to be out of there not until 11, we had two reservations for the two nights due to a free night and both nights were not booked in same room) the second morning, again, woken up around 8 to someone saying they were there for our bags, wrong room
The hotel was very noisy i could hear the people next door through the wall We could hear doors slamming maid woke us up to clean the room
Very convenient to all parts of the city and staff was very helpful.
the location of the hotel was great, close to shopping, buses and restaurants
the room size
Good central location, convenient for exploring Vancouver
I had a big room, intended for up to four people, and it would certainly have been big enough for 4. Location was ok, though a bit at the edge of the action in downtown. Wifi reception was good. A good coffee shop is just across the street, which serves good breakfast as a cheaper alternative to the hotel itself.
Room was pretty low (about 2.10m), I've never seen a hotelroom this low. As I'm 2m tall it is something I really notice and it was not comfortable for me, but I could live with it. The street just outside the window is pretty noisy, even at night. I stayed on the second floor, and you have to go up and then down a bit again to get there, which is kind of odd; my impression is that his floor was added later and not all of the hotel is like this room. The airco is fairly noisy, too, but I managed to sleep through it. The room smelled somewhat stale. Still, it's not like I had a bad time, not at all, but I wasn't there for the hotel.
the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly
When I walked into the room, some of the lights were unplugged, so I could not turn them on.
The staff was nice.
Way overpriced for the room and ammenities.
It was situated in the center of the city and a close walk to many shops, restaurants and bars.
