Clean, great location, friendly staff
Price is hig, but it’s Vancouver...
Stayed in tall oval shaped tower. Was nice. Staff nice. Location great for getting around all of downtown by foot. Lovely gesture from hotel for me and my fiancé upon check-in.
See comments above. Excellwnt central, downtown location with beautiful views.
Value for the money is low in my opinion. The rooms are very small with out of date coffee makers. Ocean views come at a very high premium. Some rooms (including suites) do not even include bathtubs. Few amenities included in the base rates, including a spartan number of bathroom toiletries. There is only one small restaurant and bar area despite the 700+ rooms. We will try another hotel the next time we stay in Vancouver.
Great location, polite staff, very comfortable bed,
The bathroom a little bit too small .
Nice short stay
The staff was impecable and very attentive. I would stay there again any time without thinking about it
Expensive for what it is.
Staff is most friendly.
Restaurant choices were poor. The only sensible thing to do was get room service which is more costly. Very few options offered at the restaurant as opposed to room service. Parking even for a hotel guest was too pricey. They didn't clean my room the second day.
Bed was so comfortable !
Bed was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of it!
It's a great and pleasant stay
Great hotel in a good location.
The hotel is centrally placed in the city and an easy walk to most of the major locations. The employees were very helpful. The facilities were clean. The price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely stay here again.
Our room in the evening must of had some young kids nearby as music was heard along with laughing and voices through the walls or possibly through the ceiling. That was the only inconvenient part of the stay.
Great hotel, location staff etc. stay here and you will have an awesome time! Aloha
Room comfy but outdated
The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning got the room nice and cold.
The room was outdated and not as advertised on the website.
I've stayed at the Sheraton before. The location and value are great
I was put off when the woman at the front desk ask me to email her my confirmation receipt upon checking in. In addition, there is a night club very close by that was in full swing until 3am. I was in town for an event and needed to get up at 5. Needless to say, I didn't sleep well.
The staff was pleasant and was very helpful and prompt in correcting my reservation.
Telephone assistance was a little slow in response. I had to wait for 3 minutes to be transfered to the appropriate department. I don't understand why the oper could not help with simple inquiries.
The location was perfect within walking of excellent restaurants and shopping. We also enjoyed the clean spacious rooms and the comfortable beds. The live entertainment in the lounge is always makes for a nice evening. Although we were just visiting the city, our stay at the hotel made the visit better. The staff was most helpful in directing us around the city---even to the Japadog stand near Smithe St.
There are no negative comments about our stay at the hotel.
the crisp clean looking bed, made you feel comfortable before you actually snuggled under the sheets. Upon arrival at the hotel approached by very friendly valets and made you feel valued.
Bed and bed linen were great.
Movie menu never worked even though I asked twice to have it checked. I had to ask for shower caps and they arrived 2 days after my request.
Close to Robson street shopping and restaurants by walking.
VERY unflexible bellhops! To them the hotel guests like us, just rambling re rules and hotel laws instead of cathering to our wishes,re the luggage carts etc..seemed as if common sense did not prevail at all!
