The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and made sure that we had the best time during our short stay in Vancouver. Will definitely return for a longer stay next time.

Pros (+) Enjoyed our suite with soaking tub, excellent food and staff . The location was also good , a reasonable walk to the exclusive shops in the waterfront area.
Cons (-) 1-Valet parking turned out to be a bad experience. We gave the keys to the valet for parking Sunday PM and when they went to retrieve it the following Tuesday AM from their parking facility, someone had shattered the driver side door window in an attempt to get Break in, despite “security cameras and limited access “. Pros (+) Everything. From the most helpful and friendly staff, all of them, to the attention of waiters, bartenders, up to the Manager who stopped to chat while having breakfast. The room was large and well furnished.
