Bed very comfortable. Staff excellent — friendly, helpful and efficient. Appreciated extra touches like wine tasting, quality artwork throughout hotel, gift cookies left by valet, guest umbrellas. Would happily stay here again.
Only minor complaint was shower very weak.
Great location. Comfortable room with a good view. Good value.
Nice place with beautiful artwork throughout
Staff was outstanding
Valet parking is the only option and therefore should be included in the hotel rate. I felt I was duped after seeing a decent room rate then learning it was another $40 per night to be able to park my car at the hotel.
Lipstick on a pig
The lobby restaurant had good brunch.
The marketing of this hotel makes it seem like something special with it's art collection. The art pieces are few and not that interesting; it is really just a generic hotel.
Wonderful location and staff
The location is perfect. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. The room has a fridge, a safe and a small wardrobe for coats etc. the staff are wonderfully helpful and the hotel offers free morning coffee/tea delivery to your room.
Rooms are nicely renovated but the washroom is tiny tiny tiny and the room is dated. The couch ibarely accommodates 2 people and is uncomfortable, the pillows and mattress are old and soft. The only place to unpack clothing is the nightstand as there are no other drawers in the room.
Great hotel in west downtown Vancouver BC
Very comfortable rooms,, extremely helpful friendly staff. On Robson street not far from Stanley Park.
Personnel was friendly and helpful
Bathrooms are a bit in the small side. Booked four people but got three sets of towels daily.
Very Pleasant Stay at The Listel Hotel
Great location Courteous, helpful and efficient front desk staff Spacious room Immaculately clean Very good restaurant with great breakfast and excellent service Interesting modern art installation
Bathroom vanity needed replacing in room #315 Low lighting in bathroom vanity area
Would Stay Here Again in a Heartbeat
The room was super comfy and nicely decorated. The front desk staff was very friendly and able to dispense great information about their city as well as making amazing recommendations for places to eat and drink. The Valet even went out of his way to look for my cell that I thought I had left in car, when I found it in the bottom of my bag he wasn't even annoyed. Thank you for having patience and for the recommendation for the PB&J Burger recommendation.
Nothing, I was very pleased with my experience here.
Thoroughly enjoyed the artwork and ambiance of the hotel. And the staff was great!
Big room and excellent location.
Very hard bed and O'Doul's breakfast was disappointing.
Boutique hotel; large rooms
Overrpriced related to location and lack of view.
Location was fab - in the centre of downtown and near stanley park. Easy to find other places from it. Parking facilities are totally secure. Staff were excellent - in the bar, restaurent, reception, baggage etc, everywhere! Hot tub was also fantastic, hidden in the gym, no-one else was using it and it was a real bonus to have this.
Just a little on the pricey side. We did pay for an artist suite although I think an Artist room would have probably been adequate. Breakfast is always at an additional cost which over a few days adds up, although the service and quality of food in O'Douls is fabulous! I don't think the CAD versus the GBP helped us, the conversion went the wrong way from our booking to arrival!
The location was great and the employees were very nice.
Mattress and pillows were marginal at best.
Excellent location, helpful freindly staff
the chocolate body paint
very polite and courteous staff, quick response to calls, quiet hotel, clean, excellent location
The quietness of the hotel and location within easy walking distance to everything/
The hotel room. We stayed in an Artist Series Suite, which was quite nice.
It did not have a pool, but that was known before hand.
