Cons:Did not have a valet to help with luggage when we got to the hotel. The garage did not have a temporary parking for the hotel guests for check in. I had to bring down 6 suitcases on a trolley by myself down the garage ramp.
Cons:Chairs in the balcony would have been nice. I wanted to enjoy the sunset and the amazing views.
Cons:Hallways are narrow and hot/stuffy. Staff decently nice but really busy so a little hurried.
