Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, quiet surroundings, and charming decor, especially the traditional Venetian style and pleasant outdoor spaces. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, though some encountered unwelcoming or unprofessional service. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with several positive mentions but also some complaints. Breakfast is a common point of dissatisfaction, with guests describing it as limited, lacking variety, and featuring poor coffee. Bed comfort also draws criticism, with multiple guests finding the mattresses too hard. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its atmosphere and convenience, but improvements are needed in breakfast quality, service consistency, and bed comfort.
