Beautiful hotel with top notch staff
Beautiful ornate rooms and common areas, without feeling old fashioned. Clean and well kept. Service all around was top notch. Catered to our needs, friendly and communicative without being intrusive. Perfect! Location is fantastic, just minutes from downtown, parliament, the water, Cook St. Village and Dallas Road walkway.
Great breakfast, helpful staff
Sink in room not in bathroom) had no space for anything.
The room was beautifully furnished, and the bathroom luxurious. Food, breakfast and snacks at tea-time, was fantastic. The public rooms and the garden were relaxing. All the staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful.
We were so happy, and enjoyed everything. Specially Hotel designs.
