Great service in a clean comfortable environment
The staff were very friendly and helpful navigating is through the city. The breakfast area was lovely with panoramic views on the 18th floor. The pool and hot tub were clean. And the gym had a great selection of equipment.
Great place, great food, terrific pricing!
A great place to hang out, have dinner, without having to leave the hotel. Place is clean, staff friendly. Great pricing for location. The jazz band during dinner was terrific. It was such a rainy day when I was there so it was nice that I could just go to the hotel restaurant. The food and drinks were fabulous! Right behind the Empress hotel and near shops.
Proximity to harbor
Maid service - failed to replace washcloths and all pillows on bed
Awesome staff and I got a free upgrade. Even helped with problem with car
We loved this location and staff... Room was nice and comfortable with great city view.
Good Location with Friendly Staff
Fitness room was too small and lacking quality and variety, Room was hot with noisy air conditioner. Conversations in hall seemed like they were always right outside door
Stunning Lobby and Perfect Location
This is a well located well appointed hotel. Rooms slightly dated, but comfortable and clean. You will be centrally located to everything you want to do in Victoria.
Very clean and really close to everything !!!
Bed made too much noise , not comfortable
Not much. Staff was friendly, location was good.
Furniture was nicked/had holes in it. Air conditioning was a cheap portable one you could pick up at Costco. Staff got my order wrong, still charged full price after remaking it. Bed was stiff and squeaky.
We were upgraded from a one to two bedroom suite on the 17th floor with great views.
Your beds and pillows are fantastic. At check-in, I had inquired about a complimentary upgrade. To my delight, I was informed that it had already been done. That was a lovely perk.
For a 5 star hotel with swimming pool etc there were no bath robes provided or available for going to & from the pool.
The room was spacious ans we were travelling with a teenage daughter and we all had our own privacy
The staff was very accomodating.
The rooms felt more like business class, rather than a comfortable vacation hotel.
The location is excellent. Pool and spa in the hotel are very nice. Food in the restraunt was reasonable and ample and tasty.
Had an interactive keyboard with the TV but could not find any instructions on what to do with it.
I like your staff, your location, and facilities.
Fantastic location and beautiful cabins. It's hard to check out!!
Excelent location, well appointed, courteous staff. The soap bars are wonderful.
The second floor rooms facing the front are very noisy.
Free parking was a plus, but the outstanding feature was Vist 18, enjoyed a nite cap & very good breakfast.
Our room was very small by todays standards. Needed a shoehorn for the bathroom.
