Amazing view from the room
Construction is going on and was happening right outside our window but wasn't overly noisy. On our way to check out, further back inside the Laurel Wing there was some much louder construction going on which would've been unbearable $17 for parking when there's a $8 Robbins parking lot right there was a little steep
Great location
Only downside was broken curtains so hard to keep apt dark
Beautifully designed room, well-equipped facilities, and friendly, helpful staff.
Would like towel hooks in bathroom
Right on the Harbour. Great view on all but first
Awesome restaurant Aura in the hotel.
Room overlooked inner harbor. Very clean with very helpful staff. Restaraunt menu did not have enough basic food choices, no chicken for my wife but I did enjoy my sable fish..The room was missing a selection of glassware as only had 2 glasses for all purposes, also did not have a makeup mirror which my wife prefers. All in shall s nice spit to stay . We will return.
The restaurant was wonderful. The food was so innovative and delicious. The staff was very friendly and offered every opportunity to help. I would definitely stay at this place the next time I'm in Victoria. I really appreciated the fact that it was actually further away from all of the other hotels because it was quiet and peaceful.
weekend away
The location was amazing and the staff at the front desk and front door were extremely helpful and friendly. We were here for the Goodlife Fitness marathon.
the location is great. room are quiet for resting.
I booked a ocean view room and end up a roof top view with very angle ocean view. The bell man help us get to the room, he also said it doesn't look like a ocean view room at all. Beside, the room very dated and furniture, carpet are all smell. So, I decide to upgrade to a newer building and paid extra $50 just for one night. Very disappointed the front desk lady keep emphasized that is a ocean view room!!
Big, comfortable, well equipped room, value for money, pool hours (open late)
No hot tub, bathroom a bit dated
Clean room, not far walking distance from downtown
Heater did not work all too well, room couldn't get warm enough.
Great to be on the waterfront and on the path around the harbour.
Parking somewhat pricey, but secure....
Harj at the Front Desk was a highlight of information & service
Location - ideal as we arrived in Victoria from Seattle by the Victoria Clipper
5 min walk to centre
'Stuffy'.resturant and bar staff, all others excellent! Not a family hotel.Lack of resonably priced meals evidenced by the small number of dinners v occupantcy.Suggest eating out for variation.Swimming pool closed for two days and harbour 'view' we paid for, was peeking through large trees from 2nd floor!!
The restaurant is first class with a very good executive chef. Location is perfect, right on the harbour. Lovely.......
No
The food in the restaurant was outstanding, and the hotel staff were pleasant and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel could not have been better
I felt the cost of overnight parking was rather high ($15 per night)
We found your Inn to be an ideal location. Very central and yet quiet and peaceful. The Japanese garden was so beautiful, serene and relaxing.
No concerns really but I would have liked to see heated towell racks in the bathroom.
The pull-down blinds which offer privacy but allow light at the same time.
the pillows - too high
Convenient location to North shore.Pleasant staff.Comfortable room.On the water front.Large market on groung floor.
Fantastic quality in the new wing. Great location, great amenities, great staff, rooms are good size with good views - again in the new, Erickson wing.
