Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's beachfront location and beautiful ocean views, with many enjoying easy access to the boardwalk and nearby attractions. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, and highlighted problems with service, such as unhelpful staff, delayed housekeeping, and poor response to requests. Many guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality received, with unexpected fees, especially for parking, being a common complaint. While some appreciated the comfortable rooms and amenities, negative experiences with maintenance, room readiness, and value for money were frequently mentioned.AI-Generated from customer reviews
