Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the outdoor pool was wonderful. And after we checked out and packed up to leave, the car battery was dead, because my dad left the interior lights on all night. An employee Mark was on his way to work (none of the other front desk employees had a vehicle) and helped my dad with the battery.
Cons (-) On the third day, it was nearly 5pm before we got fresh towels for our room. I suspect there was just not enough staff as the maid was working very hard. The indoor pool could use chairs all around for more seating room. The big thing is there is a shower right outside the hotel back entrance. The location is not good as people are going in and out while your group is trying to wash sand off. And ...
