Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly appreciate the hotel's prime location, making it convenient for exploring the area, shopping, and dining. Many also mention friendly and helpful staff, as well as clean rooms. However, several reviews point out issues with room and bathroom maintenance, such as old or uncomfortable beds, small or outdated bathrooms, and occasional plumbing problems. Despite some noise and minor service lapses, the positive aspects, especially the location and service, stand out for most guests.
