Pros (+) Great customer service, layout of rooms, cleanliness, quality of soap products, complimentary coffee in morning, great location, full-service restaurant
Cons (-) Expensive valet parking.
Pros (+) amazing service
Pros (+) Very professional, very polite, very nice.
Pros (+) The hot apple cider in the lobby. Great location.

Pros (+) Can rank this as one of the best. Not over the top stuffy but excellent service, clean, active, perfect proximity to all of DC, awesome decor, fabulous staff. We are just so pleased and are excited to know we no longer need to search for a place when we come to DC in the future. It will always be The Melrose.
Pros (+) The doormen/bell captains, and all the staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The room was good-sized and well appointed. The location is great with many restaurants in walking distance. The Metro is about 3 blocks away.
Cons (-) The view from our room was not great, but we didn't care.
