The staff was awesome
Could've used a coffee maker in the room.
Staff was excellent; great location
The walls are paper thin and the person next door had a party until 3 am. Impossible to sleep.
Location was great. Wonderful room. Two good restaurants with great staff but a bit expensive. All staff members were great! Fitness room was available even in this boutique setting. My son lost his stuffed animal while we were there and they left a new one in the room for him - it made him very happy (they later found his but let him keep the new one, "Freddie".
Restaurant was too expensive, especially for breakfast. Fitness room was a bit small.
Everything about the hotel was fantastic, the staff were very courteous and helpful and all made a point of knowing my 7 year old son's name.
Outstanding service and courtesy were the hallmarks of our stay here. The room was immaculate and well cared for. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to see and do. The conceirge was outstanding in his helpfulness.
No coffee maker in the room, yikes, missed that first, fast heart- starting cup.
