A little noisy in the middle of the night in the lobby during a large event, such as Otakon, but I had a pleasant stay despite that. The M Club Lounge breakfast was over the top!

Pros (+) Hotel was fine. Desk staff supposed to email bill but failed to do so. Repeated email requests also non responsive. Checked spam folder and it’s not there either

Pros (+) The price was quite reasonable and the location was convenient as well. The staff was friendly and helpful too. Also the room was nice and clean.
Cons (-) First, the website says the amenities include parking. What it doesn't tell you is that it is valet parking at almost $50/day. Second, the website says the amenities include free wifi. What it doesn't tell you is that the wifi is only free if you connect to it down in the lobby. Otherwise, it is almost $13/day if you connect to it from your room. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay. I just wish the webs...
