Easy pickup and drop off. Decent quoted price, but that wasn't the real price.Cons:
I requested unlimited mileage, but they charged me for mileage overages anyway. Also, I brought the car back full of fuel, but they charged me a fill-up fee anyway. I had to fight hard to get theses charges removed but still ended up paying more than the original quote.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The pick up location was no longer in service, but I received no notification of the change. The new location was in central Paris making pickup/drop-off extremely challenging especially on a Sunday when most of the roads are closed. Staff was unhelpful and unapologetic for the inconvenience.4.0 Mediocre
