Cons: We found a Mac book Air on the way into the doorway one night and handed it in to Reception as presumably the person who dropped it would have contacted the hotel. I was extremely disappointed from a Customer Service point of view that no one actually contacted us to said that the Mac Book and owner had been reunited or what happened to it! Many people would have just taken it but we were brought up to do the right thing so handed it in and repeatedly asked if the owner had been in contact. A courtesy email of what happened should have been sent from a customer service point of view. Helen

Pros: Several staff members were excellent including the manager around the pool area, the car parking staff and the manager that dealt with our room issue. The general decoration of the rooms was good. The location is excellent and perfect for the air show.
Cons: The room we stayed in for the first night smelt strongly of stale chip fat and we asked to be moved. The corridors on the first floor could do with redecorating to the standards of the higher floors. For the room price we paid, breakfast should have been included. Water pressure in the bathroom was weak and the water temp varied between very hot and scalding!

Pros: The view was spectacular, and that combined with a modern bar and restaurant is all you need from a hotel and tge Sutcliffe hotel provided.
Cons: I sorely let down by the building it's self and the facilities it provides, the photos a taken in a way to make you believe everything Is a lot bigger than it really is. The corridors are small. And although I imagine the experience of being in a penthouse would be worth it all however we didn't get that opportunity and for the price we paid you would of thought we would have.

Pros: Rooms not been decorated for decades, paint peeling off walls, unclean (hairs in bathroom and suspicious marks on wall next to bed). Staff attitude is 'you get what you see'. Had I paid half the price it wouldn't have been an issue but £140 per night was a total rip off. Carpets falling off stairs which is a safety hazard, someone get trapped in lift - faulty towers hotel experience. Doors were so heavy that they slam all morning so lie in wasn't possible.
Cons: Everything. Only slight plus was beds were more comfortable than they looked. Some of the junior staff were polite enough but the Manager wasn't sympathetic when I complained. Won't be staying at the Roundhouse again.

Cons: You get exactly what you pay for, we paid £25 + £8 for parking on a last minute booking because our kitchen and bathroom are being refurbed, we checked in, saw the room offered and checked out, the mess at home was preferable, £33 wasted but a lesson learnt.

Pros: It was a disaster. We could not stay. We were given a room next to their waste hold area. The window would not open because all the rubbish bins were just outside. The room was tight and horrible. We left immediately.
Cons: See our comments of 'what we liked'. Terrible hotel. Needs total modernisation, as location is good. Need new staff, training, etc. avoid staying there at all costs!

Pros: Location was great. Very close to restraunts, parking, the Bournemouth Pier and Bournemouth Park However, if you are looking at the cheaper rooms you be better served by Premier Innnext door. Service was poor at the front desk and breakfast and breakfast whilst adequate was not at the quality I would have expected. Staff were very disjointed; my pregnant wife asked for some decaf-tea for our room and was advised "the bar might have some". Would have expected them to sort it out. Room location was in the back of beyond with stair only access. Cheaper rooms at this hotel not recommended.
