Pros: We liked the location as it is far enough out to be quieter but for us close enough to walk to any restaurants , shops etc. I wouldn't say that it is close enough for less able people to get to places though. The hotel itself is nice clean and our room was very spacious but we did book a superior to have extra space. We had a kingsize bed which was lovely and comfortable and the bathroom was adequate too. Breakfast was nice and I am sure if there was something that you requested you would only need to ask.
Cons: The only suggestion we would have is something very simple and that is to have either a small bar of soap or a hand pump soap to use after using the bathroom or for myself to use after I had put hair products on causing my hands to be sticky.

Pros: Good old fashioned hotel in a fantastic seaside location, The Grand offers a calming atmosphere mixed with special personal service to make all guests feel welcome. The staff couldn't enough for us 10/10.

Pros: Hotel is located right next to the train station making great access for the Races and the Football. Loads of fab restaurants near by and a 15 min walk to the beach and Lanes. Room very clean and staff very helpful.
Cons: Would be great to have a small fridge in the room or an ice machine on the floors. More hangers too please. Also the staff on arrival could be a little better informed about parking - looks like we have somehow paid twice for same parking stay as our on line payment seems to have gone thru but the reg wasn't recognised when we looked to leave. I know this is down to to tha train station and not you but the receptionist did tell us we needed to pay straight away for parking when we would have been better paying on departure. staff friendly and helpful though.

Pros: Queen's hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the English channel with beautiful views of the channel. The hotel leads you right in to the lanes which is a A hip, chic vibrant atmosphere of small shops and Restaurants. At this hotel you get the location of the beach and the shopping.

Cons: Layout of the rooms were poorly designed. The plugs were at the total different end of the room. Hotels I have been to would have it close to the bed side or near the table.
