Pros: Good old fashioned hotel in a fantastic seaside location, The Grand offers a calming atmosphere mixed with special personal service to make all guests feel welcome. The staff couldn't enough for us 10/10.

Pros: Loved the kindness of staff and funny drag shows as well as seven size room for the money.
Cons: Super slow elevator, thin walls were not fun when you have couples coming in screwing loudly at 4am. Wasn't sure I saw any of the staff wash hands when dealing with breakffast so I chose to never order the full English breakfast. Not sure rooms were vacuumed.

Pros: Hotel is located right next to the train station making great access for the Races and the Football. Loads of fab restaurants near by and a 15 min walk to the beach and Lanes. Room very clean and staff very helpful.
Cons: Would be great to have a small fridge in the room or an ice machine on the floors. More hangers too please. Also the staff on arrival could be a little better informed about parking - looks like we have somehow paid twice for same parking stay as our on line payment seems to have gone thru but the reg wasn't recognised when we looked to leave. I know this is down to to tha train station and not you but the receptionist did tell us we needed to pay straight away for parking when we would have been better paying on departure. staff friendly and helpful though.

The fire alarm went off 4 times before midnight and there was no staff direction or information. No evacuation, explanation or fire service. I did not get to sleep after that. Gym and pool were nice and location good.

Pros: Queen's hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the English channel with beautiful views of the channel. The hotel leads you right in to the lanes which is a A hip, chic vibrant atmosphere of small shops and Restaurants. At this hotel you get the location of the beach and the shopping.

Cons: Layout of the rooms were poorly designed. The plugs were at the total different end of the room. Hotels I have been to would have it close to the bed side or near the table. Room facilities need abit of TLC or total revamp. Like Shower head was damaged and mirror area need some few repairs and/or lick of paint.

Pros: The location was excellent, breakfast was good and staff were very helpful. Check-out later incurred a fee (extending to 14.00) but luckily we could leave our luggage for free whilst we toured around after usual checkout time (11.00).
