My name is Mariana.I've spent one night at this Hotel and it was a really unpleasant experience. To start with the bathroom(a hair in the sink),Shower cold.Room was extremely hot so I had to open the window it was a very windy night so the noises made difficult for us to sleep.Finaly,I was woke up AT 7:30 AM BY THE FIRE ALARM THAT DIDN'T STOP FOR ABOUT 40 minutes,on the first few minutes we didn't really knew what was going on if was just a tester and no members of staff to let us know what was going on.After all the stress they've offered as breakfast a COLD coffee and a old Bread!!!
location, and convenience.. also very pretty area close to bristol/bath..
we have stayed in room 12 twice at the bowl inn its a very pretty room, our only complaint would be the bathroom, which is in need of refurbishment...
the quality & range of food was superb.Delightful room.Historic location & stunning views.
realise bad weather but evening spoilt by no bbc or internet despite latter being advertised, this was limiting re checking emails/entertainment
Wonderful odle worlde Inn. Beautiful fires in lounge Bar. Excellent Food. Friendly Staff. There are some lovely walks in the area, where you can see the two Severn Bridges.
Rather cold in the Restaurant, especially in the morning.
My colleague was impressed by the range of real beer that was available. The breakfast was good and the service was attentive.
My colleague's room was not prepared (the room had been used previously and not prepared for the use of a guest) and in my room the net curtain rail fell down when I tried to close the window.
