Pros:The entire trip was amazing! I can’t thank the resort and its staff enough for everything they do and did for my family and I. My wife and I traveled with out two boys ages 3 and 10, in laws and grandparents. Decent sized group. My older son has severe food allergies so going to places like these aren’t usually the top of our list because it’s hard to find food so we usually just book air bnbs instead. Fiesta Americana Condesa was heavily recommended by my sister (this is her go to) and we took a chance. We usually travel with our own food for our son. Once we got to the resort we checked his cooler with the resort where they stored it in a freezer. This was cool because a lot of places usually are hesitant to do this. They also even took the time to have their main chef sit down with us and discuss his dietary needs and restrictions. He then came with a menu that LITERALLY checked off each category of allergens and he was able to eat food from somewhere other than home. He was so happy. This brought so much joy to us. My son was finally able to get food and have it served like the rest of us at a restaurant. It was so amazing that every single restaurant in the establishment was noticed of his allergies and his food was taken care of. We literally came back home with almost all of the food we had packed for him. They made sure no cross contamination was a possibility. Peanuts, dairy, corn, soy, shrimp and seafood are the main allergies and they made sure his food was free of all of it. Eladio, Maridiana and the rest of the Staff were AMAZING. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! Cons:AC could have been a little colder. It was good enough tho. I just love my rooms freezing.
Pros:This is one of the best resorts in the hotel zone. The room was extremely clean, and the staff was always polite and welcoming. The one thing that sets this resort apart from others is how great the good is. There were at least 7 restaurants to choose from, on top of the cafeteria and sushi bar located in the lobby. The drinks were great. Some bartenders poured a little heavier than others, but on average everything was great and exceeded all expectations. This was my 2nd time visiting and I can't wait to return.
Cons:The hosted Víctor, he was very agressive whit us abouth the hotel rewards program
Pros:The staff was very friendly. Besides their timeshare sales shpiel, they didn't try to up sell us or push us into any additional purchases. The restaurants on the property were really good; much better than other all inclusives we are familiar with.
Cons:Even though we were in an upgraded room, the new fixtures were already coming off of the walls. Some of the outlets weren't connected to anything. Also, there were millions of ants. They sprayed on our balcony and in the room while we were there. My husband and I were eaten up.
Pros:Nice pool and bars. Comfort rooms. Close to the beach.
Cons:Staff always wabt tips. Rooms are not clean. Nothing to do inthe evening. Not putting enough alocohol on the drinks. Low variaty of food.

Pros:We stayed last year and came back for more! The grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Are flight was cancelled and we were on hold with the airline for more than two hours. The concierge stayed with us the whole time and the hotel staff went out of there way to make sure we had accommodations for the night in the same room. We loved our poolside drink waiter who checked to make sure we had a full cocktail at all times. The poolside restaurant serves the best fish taco's and the overall food was wonderful. We didn't have a bad meal. We love the size of this property, not to big but just enough to keep you entertained. We will definitely be back next year.
Pros:The most friendliest and helpful staff I've ever experienced. They definitely go the extra mile with a smile.
Cons:The food was a disappointment, and the alcohol was not the best. Maybe having more of a variety and top shelf . You could offer an all inclusive upgrade to offer better selections. the all inclusive upgrade would require a different color band and pay extra.
Pros:It was ok. Nothing special. It was too expensive for the value. Staffs were helpful.
Cons:Old resort. Rooms were cold even I took one of the best ocean front room. The Lock didn't work. Door got stuck several times. To me it doesn't worth the money we spent

Cons:I'm in a clinic now with all the typical symptoms of "Mexico", but unless it's from unknown bugs in the room then it's not their fault anyway
