We love the Omni! Great service and the food is always delicious!!
Nothing! Everything was perfect!
Overall, a great place to go and relax
Staff, view, food were all top-notch. Location is great and just a van ride from the airport. Nice options to walk on the beach. I do recommend this place, you will have a nice relaxing time, glad that they welcome families.
Never a fan of the time share sales folks hanging in the lobby. Some of the music contained inappropriate lyrics for nearby kids to hear; also encouraging a drinking game in earshot of kiddos not the best with entertainment staff on the mic. Men’s bathroom near KUKU’s needs some TLC with a screwdriver on portions and door knob.
Excellent staff and very comfortable hotel
The receptionsit LULU was amazing, our first point of contact at the hotel. Everyone was so ready to help at any point of time. Robert and alonzo from the buffet restaurant section were outstanding. Made our experience sooo good. My family is very very happy with the everything.
Stingy with their liquids
Not over crowded. Close to airport.
They ration their bottled water. Once you use yours for the day, which isn't much, you have to pay to get restocked or hope the lobby bar hasn't run out for the day.
Food was just OK
This is a great family resort. Great staff, beautiful beach and a wide selection of yummy food. I highly recommend this resort!
Great hotel
The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. We got upgraded for a very nice room for free (was cheap to upgrade to start with). The food in the buffet is the best (most hotels in cancun lack descent food). Two swimming pool with lot of space for everyone. Really recommend the hotel
Awesome
Omni Cancun Resort was one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Our bartender Orlando was the best and very entertaining. Fedrico, Miguel, and Victor also took very good care of us in the restaurants and bar. The resort offers all sorts of interactive events that made the stay all the better. Between the live dinner shows, the excursions, and the daily events at the resort pools there was always something to keep us entertained.
8 Night, 9 Day stay at the Omni - all around fanta
The hotel was nice, the staff was really friendly and a great experience all around. Arturo and Ignacio were excellent and provided top notch service! We enjoyed the pool staff, activities, music, games, food choices, beach and view. I think for the money this was an excellent choice for an all inclusive. We will certainly come back again!
The buffet was hit or miss but there were other options available as well. The wifi was spotty and poor at times outside of the lobby area. There was a bit of sea weed on the beach but nothing that could deter us from staying again.
Most Impressive All Inclusive Visit EVER!
I have visited MANY all inclusive hotels, and OMNI Cancun was BY FAR, the BEST food I have EVER had! We ate at almost every single restaurant on site while we were there and did not have a single bad thing to say about anything we ate. It was better than most restaurants that you go out and pay for! There was a TON of staff and we hardly ever waited long for anything. They were very accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and in pristine condition. We loved using the gym, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, pools and sauna. I will definitely be back! =)
We did get a bit tired of all of the sales people constantly trying to sell you excursions and had to call down multiple days to request mini fridge to be restocked after housekeeping cleaned.
Most of th staff was quite friendly. Liked that smoking was not allowed,
Noisy, noisy, noisy in the evening. Young adults slamming doors, running up and down halls, loud music - after repeated calls to front desk and security - nothing. Food was mediocre.
