Comfortable room, very functional amenities, easy room access, good location.
Cons (-) The man at the front desk needs ppl skills . He has the worst attitude I have ever seen in hospitality. Does not need to be working the front desk Zeke is his name stay clear of him. Everyone else is great . Just stay away from the front desk between 11 and 7. Like I said everyone else is great.

Cons (-) The room was not cleanest and the furniture was outdated. We didn't have a refrigerator either. The bathroom walls were filthy.

Cons (-) Room was beyond dirty ! Headboard on bed was gross Walls had stains Dust everywhere Sheets was old not pressed Called to get shuttle no answer at all paid $20 to get from airport. Told the front desk and he said "well you see I'm the only one here" was really rude. Stay away !

Cons (-) Long wait to check in, all counter people were stretched and multitasking, as a result I was given keys to an already occupied room. Very unpleasant for me.

Cons (-) Hotel room was falling apart and needs to be updated. Also it wasn't very clean
Pros (+) The staff was amazingly friendly and the room was gorgeous. There were plenty of towels and pillows the bed was perfect and the room was so clean. My boyfriend and I toured around and loved the decorations in the main conference part. I will defiantly come back if needed. Amazing price too! No issues with smoking!!
