At first car they offered was not I was looking for and what I wanted. For extra money car I thought I was reserved. Long time rent also so insurance was very expensive and finally I cancelled reservation and I rent car from another company.

The person who worked there was very helpful and kind.The insurance is way to expansive!! Tha car 130€ the insurance top of it 90€. In Belarus??? Not normal. In this country the insuranses are way lower. Why there is ZERO insurance in the price inclusive? I was told over there that in case someone crash my car , and its his foult , stil I have to pay for reperatour??? Why??? Every car has to have basic insurance what should cover the other car expenses in case of exident. But the main problem is, that the webside I booked it said different stuff as than the person in Minsk. - insurance - 2nd driver fees And the car was not prepared when we arrived. It took way to long to get it after we finished the paper work. Why the car is not ready when we are coming on time and they know it?...

Good serviceThe service was professional, my first car didn't start and I was immediately upgraded for my loss of time.The only issue is that the insurance which was purchased online (via Kayak) wasn't valid in Belarus, it should be stated more clearly during the purchasing process.

Poor human serviceThe car itself.When I received the car it was about 9pm. My flight was late. As if it was my fault I was told off by the AVIS girl who warned me that " this time I am not going to charge you extra". Believe me, after my experience when I returned the car back (30 days later) there is not going to be a "next time". So when I brought the car thirty days later (by the way I washed it and hoovered it before returning and payed about $15 for the procedure; and I was told: "Oh, you didn't need to do it!". On the other hand, I had some $2 lack of petrol in the tank. She made it a big deal, so I just gave her 5 new belarusian roubles cash on the spot to make her happy. The last but not least: she called my husband in England the day before my returning the car. He clearly told her that the time of my registration is 10am and somebody has to be there at 9.30. Nobody was there at 9.30. When I called her she told me to take the car to the free parking. With my heavy luggage????? And then walk with my luggage about kilometre back? Or I can leave the car in the front of the airport but she will charge my card for the parking. I wouldn't trust anyone with the attitude like hers to charge my card anything. I was distressed, tearful. I was trying to find a left luggage facility but it was in the basement with no lift so I gave up. Finally I found a young girl who was taking the same flight to London and asked if she could look after my suitcase (she agreed, to my amazement!) So when I was at the barrier to leave the airport to go to the free car parking and walk all the way back I received the telephone call from the AVIS girl. She said that she was in the office and I can return the car. So didn't she tell me to wait for her for 10 minutes and made me run around like a headless chicken? Awful experience! Never again!!!!

they said to me it is necessary to take insurance but i didn't want on Internet. My car was 39 euro but i had to pay 62 euro.
