The car was clean and fine but had several dings in the side. I’ve never seen such a thing on a rental car before.Cons:
Our rental was supposed to cost about $6. They charged over $70 and forced us to purchase insurance which I had already purchased the carrentals.com. Also charged $300 for a deposit instead of simply authorizing that amount. Terrible experience.Budget

Car was not ready at pick up time but 1:30 minutes after. Car was not delivered full, air conditioner was not working at mid day, car was dirty inside. At the return point for 1/16 of gas I was charged almost 25 dollars even though I was asking the rental person how much I needed to put in gas2.0 Poor
